I sank down onto my bed in a seated position, wincing as I heard the door slam. I held back my tears because I knew my brother as well as Tony and Jaime would be up here any minute. Just then, my door opened and all three of them walked in.
"Vic? What's going on with you and Kell?" Jaime asked, sitting next to me as Tony and Mike sat the other side of me, and putting his arm around my waist.
"He dumped me, Hime," I whispered, looking down to hide my tears. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see my brother and Tony holding hands and it painfully reminded me of every time Kellin would grab my hand and lead me somewhere. It reminded me of how it felt for someone to hold you and have every worry melt away.
I let out a shaky sigh as Jaime rubbed soothing circles on my back.
"Vic, that sucks," Mike concluded.
"Why did he break up with you?" Tony asked.
"Just because we've been having some trouble lately," I responded sadly.
