The love project sequel (kellic)

Chapter 5

I was now outside Vic's house. I had come to convince him to take part in my second love project and help him get Kellin back.
I knocked on the door and Mike let me in. I went upstairs and knocked on Vic's door. I stood there for quite some time, waiting for an answer, but just as I was about to knock, the door opened to reveal Vic. He looked, I had to admit, adorable. He was wearing a black beanie, show his fringe which was across one eye. He was also wearing a giant grey sweater, with the sleeves rolled over many times to create a better fit, paired with black skinny jeans. You might be confused as to why I thought he looked cute, the truth is, I had liked him for ages. I guess when he got with Kellin he was so happy and I didn't want to ruin that. I knew he'd never love me like I loved him, but as long as I could him as happy as possible, it would be okay.
"Hi, Vic," I spoke cheerily, jolting myself from my thoughts.
"Hey," he replied, in a quitter and raspier voice.
"Can I come in and talk to you for a minute?" I asked.
"Sure," he responded, moving to let me in.
"Vic, I have an idea and I wholeheartedly believe in it, I just need your support now. Is there any chance you would participate in my second love project with Kellin as your partner?" I spoke, walking over to him and taking his hands in mine. I wasn't sure why I did this, but I loved the feeling of his hands against mine.
"So this is a plan to get me and Kellin back together?" He enquired, looking up at me with big, brown, hopeful eyes.
"Yes, Vic, I promise I won't let you down," I assured him.
"Are you sure it will work?"
"I think so, I mean, look at Mike and Tone,"
"Okay, I'll do it," he accepted, smiling big at me.
I smiled back and pulled him in for a hug. He felt fragile and held onto me as though I was the only thing keeping him from collapsing. I inhaled the sweet scent of his aftershave, mixed with the shampoo he used. It felt so comforting and safe, like I'd never have to be alone.
After Vic and I finished talking I went downstairs to find Tony on the phone.
"Please Kellin, no one's saying you have to fall back in love with Vic, all I'm saying is give it a go... If anything do it as a favour to Hime... He needs this to get into college... You know that Kell... Please?....Really?! Okay good... Thanks... Okay... Bye,"
"He said yes?" I asked. Tony nodded and smiled in response.
"Thank you, Tone," I told him, giving him a quick bro hug.
