"Oh my gosh." I whispered, picking up the photo of Luke and I at the fair. I had ice cream on my nose, he dotted it on my nose after I told him to stop staring at me.

" I don't know about you, but I want ice cream." Luke said, arm wrapped around my shoulder as we weave through the cluster of people. Making our way towards the ice cream stand.

Oh the county fair.

"Yeah, but I want an elephant ear." I groaned. "Look! there's an elephant ear stand right next to the ice cream one! a dream come true" Luke gasped dropping his arm from around my shoulder and grabbed my hand, intertwining our fingers.

With lots of 'excuse me's and 'sorry's and 'coming through' we finally made it to our destination.

A middle aged woman with wrinkles at the corner of her eyes greeted us. "What can I get for the gorgeous girl and the handsome young man?" she finished with a warm smile.

"Oh it's only me getting something. She insists on getting an elephant ear." he spoke, rolling his eyes sarcastically. she laughed, "Fine then, what would you like, Hun?" "Two scoops of cookie dough ice cream please." he answered, with a goofy smile.

He paid for his ice cream, then we went and bought my elephant ear. We found a spot next to some people walking on stilts.

"You know, it'd be really cool to do that." Luke spoke, breaking the comfortable silence. "New dream job. that is, if I never start a band." I scoffed,"You're already a giant. why do you want to be taller?" "Why not." he said, smirk clear on his face. "Dream killer." he mumbled.

Once Luke almost finished his ice cream, I noticed him staring at me.

"Luke, c'mon take a picture it'll last longer." I said, giggling. He just rolled his eyes. I watched him dip his finger into his last bit of ice cream, and I cocked a brow at the blonde boy.

"No no no no no no." I whined, but it was already too late. "aw Luke, why?" I groaned, he just smirked and laughed. I grabbed a napkin and wiped the cold cream off my nose.

"That was so cold of you." I joked, and his laughter completely stopped.

"Never again." he said, and turned, his back facing me and he finished his ice cream.
