I made my way up the gravel path towards Mikey's front door. I hesitated a bit before bringing my hand up to knock on the door. Hearing foot steps ascend from the inside of the house, I knew someone was coming.

I let out a shaky breath right as the door opened. And a black and white haired emerald eyed boy appeared.

"Hey Mik-" before i can finish my sentence I was pulled into a bear hug by the boy. I soon after wrapped my arms around his waist and enjoyed the embrace. I inhaled his scent that I missed so much.

"I'm sorry sorry Mikey. For everything. For ignoring everyone, I just needed time to myself. To figure things out," I stated, finished my sentence with a sloppy half smile.

His mouth formed a straight line and his eyebrows knitted together. "Eves it's fine, I understand. But if you ever ignore me longer than a day with out telling me why, we're gonna have problems," He teased, and lightly punched my arm.

I weakly smiled and shrugged my shoulders. I have no idea what to say 'oh hey Mikey, I haven't seen my boyfriend and your bestfriend in weeks and I've ignored everyone and everything except my cat. How about you?'

He breaks my thoughts by asking if I'd like to come in. I shook my head no,

"Let's go visit Luke."
