Annabeth slid into the car and sighed waving at Ali.

"Bye!" Ali said wiping her face. Annabeth waved back as Percy pulled out of the dorm parking lot as she left her roommate behind.

"You'll see her again." Percy promised and kissed her knuckles.

"I know but when." Annabeth sighed as the parking lot left her view. Percy kissed her knuckles again.

"Soon wise girl. Soon." Percy whispered and Annabeth and he sat in silence. Annabeth had a horrible head ache and she rubbed her temples.

"Do you have Tylenol?" Annabeth muttered.

"Mom used the last few bottles." Percy said apologetically. Annabeth pursed her lips together and leaned back in the seat.

"I'll be alright. Just a whooper of a headache." Annabeth muttered. Percy squeezed her hand apologetically.

"Take a nap. It will go after a while." Percy promised. Annabeth nodded and laid her head on the window. She almost fell asleep. Almost.

"Pull over!" Annabeth said suddenly. Percy frowned but did what she said. Almost too late. Annabeth already had her seatbelt unbuckled and was running out of the car, vomiting heavily.

"Annabeth!" Percy cried out and grabbed her hair to keep it out the vomit. Annabeth fell to her knees and it just kept coming! What the heck? There was no way she had that much vomit inside of her.

What seemed like eternity Annabeth was finally done.

"Awe, Wise Girl." Percy said and gave her a tissue. Annabeth blew her nose and wiped the puke off of her.

"Here, rinse your mouth out." Percy said. Annabeth nodded and rinsed her mouth out and spit the leftover vomit out.

"Come on, lets go into the car. I'll go to a Rite-Aid and I'll buy you some medicine. I think this is too minor for ambrosia or nectar." Annabeth groaned as Percy said that. That was a demigods worst nightmare. Having something to minor for ambrosia. Annabeth slid into the passenger seat and opened the glove compartment.

"Wait!" Percy cried out. Annabeth saw a small velvet box. She picked it out of the compartment and opened it. It was a ring with a gray opal surrounded by small emeralds.

"Annabeth, well. Will you marry me? I was going to ask you later but its kind of late for that." Percy said and rubbed the back of his neck. Annabeth nodded and kissed his cheek.

"I love you." Annabeth murmured as she slipped the ring on.

"I love you too."

"I promise I'll be more excited when I am better." Annabeth said with a light smile. Percy laughed. With that they drove off.
