Hazel's hand flew to the alarm clock as it went off at 7:30 A. M. She groaned in protest as she propped herself up to shut it off. Yes, Hazel was done with school but she had a job.
"Don't go." She heard Leo protest as he grabbed her arm and pulled her back down to the bed. Hazel laughed at her boyfriend's cuteness.
"I have to, babe." Hazel said and began to get back up.
"Noooooo." Leo protested.
"I have a busy day, let me go." Hazel insisted with a smile. Leo groaned and let her go.
"Fine. I love you though!" Leo hollered.
"Love ya too babe." Hazel hollered over her shoulder with a broad smile. Hazel quickly changed into a light blue silk button up shirt and a navy blue pencil tight skirt and black heels. She collected the top layer of her tight curly hair in a clip to keep her hair out of her face. Hazel quickly applied her make-up and ate breakfast.
She was leaving the place by eight.
"Bye boys!" She yelled down the hall to her two men in her life.
"Bye Mom!"
"I love you Hazel Lancaster!" Hazel laughed at her boys. Cody called her Mom because he said she acted like a mother and she was mature for her age. She didn't mind one bit, she was close to him like a best friend. She was glad to take care of her boys.
Hazel quickly drove to work, a doctor's office as a secretary where she worked to make ends meet. Money was tight, Cody and Leo were in college and Hazel was going to be in college. Even with her scholarship it was for tuition not room and board and it was far away. It was the University if Toledo.
Many hours from Houston, Texas.
"Good morning Hazel." Dr. Case said. Dr. Case was a man in his late thirties and bald and tall. He was an ER doctor but opened his own clinic to help needy people but he worked at the ER when needed by the hospital.
"Good morning, Dr. Case." Hazel said cheerfully. She booted up the computer.
"How was your weekend?" He asked her. Hazel sighed.
"Long and good. I'm glad I am done with high school." Hazel confessed. He smiled at her.
"Yeah, it sucks." Hazel smiled and began her work. She was Hazel Levesque, secretary.

Hazel rushed home and closed the door. Cody and Leo were at work so she had work to do. She quickly changed into some jeans and a purple t-shirt and a red bandana and got to work. First she swept the floor, then she mopped it with her swiffer wet jet that she bought Leo (which he never used but Hazel did!) and was amazed at how dirty the floor was.
Then she did laundry, while that was going through the wash she started dinner. Because Hazel forgot to set out the meat for gumbo, she was quite upset about that, she was making spaghetti and Alfredo. Hazel sang the whole time she worked. The others said she had an operatic voice that was beautiful.
That wasn't what Hazel heard emitting from her vocal chords. That didn't keep Hazel from singing as she worked as she always did. After dinner was made she turned off the burner, switched the laundry over, vacuumed, cleaned off the table, took out the trash, made the beds. Well she was everywhere.
Hazel didn't sit down till her boys were home and they were eating.
"This is great, Mom." Cody praised. Hazel beamed and gave him a weary smile.
"It's just Ragu." Hazel said with a slight smile.
"It's still wonderful." Leo said and settled a hand on her's, which was resting by her silverware not picking up the utensils to eat her masterpiece.
"You okay?" Leo asked, worry clouding his eyes. Hazel nodded.
"I am just tired, I was a busy body today." Hazel said and gave a faint smile.

Leo knew he had gotten the best girlfriend ever. As she FINALLY stared to eat he snuck up to his and her's bathroom and drew a hot bubble bath for her. He didn't have rose petals for her like they did in the movies but he had a dandelion he was given to by his boss' daughter. Leo smiled and grabbed two towels and put it in the swan that held the towels.
Leo quickly snuck out, then snuck back in and grabbed her white fluffy bathrobe and hung it up so it was within her grasp. He re-snuck out and heard his phone ring. Leo ran to his cell and picked up.
"Hello?" Leo said.
"Hey repair boy!" A voice said on the other end. Leo scowled.
"Percy, only Piper calls me that." Leo said. Percy laughed.
"Sorry man, I just had to call you to tell ya something." Percy said.
"What is that exactly?" Leo said, his voice sounding like the candle guy from Beauty and the Beast.
"What is it?" Leo asked anxiously when Percy didn't respond immediately.
"Annabeth and I are getting married." Leo let out a whoop of joy.
"That's great man! Leo said happily.
"Thanks, I am so ready to marry her, it'll be soon to! We right now are saying two Saturdays before I ship out." Percy excitedly chattered. Leo smiled at how close it was but felt pain that his best friend was being shipped out.
"That's awesome, man." Leo said honestly.
"Will you be a groomsmen?" Percy blurted out. Leo stood there stunned. He smiled as wide as Texas.
"I'd be more than honored to be a groomsmen." Leo said seriously.
"Great! Annabeth wants Hazel in the wedding too, she's just going to call her and tell her like I am telling you." Percy explained.
"Who all is in the wedding?" Leo asked out of curiosity.
"Jason, Grover, you, Hazel, Piper, and Rachel as far as I know." Leo smiled and Frank came to mind.
"That's great." They hung up and he heard the Hazel approach him. He knew it was her because her steps were light across the hardwood floor.
"Hey." A weary Hazel said.
"Hey." Leo said and smiled. He took Hazel's hand and showed her her bubble bath.
"Oh, Leo." Hazel said and gave him a small smile. He kissed her temple.
"Rest, relax. You deserve Ms. Levesque." Leo said. Hazel looked up at him with big eyes.
"Thank you." Hazel whispered. Leo kissed her forehead and gave his girlfriend her privacy.
