I was a lot of things. But being a relationship wrecker was not one of them. I sighed and looked down at my hands. I couldn't bare to lie to Luke. He was nothing but an angel to me.
I lie there awake as I wrestled with my thoughts. I needed to come clean. I didn't have the guts to carry in like this with a dirty secret. But that's when I heard a knock on my bedroom door. Who could be that?
I sighed and walked towards the door, opening it wide enough for the person to enter my room. I almost did a double take when I saw Luke standing there, grinning widely at me.
"Hey, there!" he chirped, giving me a large grin, "How are you?"
"L-Luke! What are you doing here?" I gasped, walking back into my room. The universe just wants to fuck my life up. HRIENSBWNANW i hate this.
"Do you want to like," he adjusted his pants, pulling them up. He wasn't wearing skinny jeans today, "--hang out today?"
"Why--"
"Ash told me that we should hangout," he bit his lip, "we should probably start getting along."
"What?" I almost did a backflip at the mention of ultimate fuccboi's name. I groaned internally, wishing that he hadn't kissed me. But it was apparently too late to do anything now especially since his boyfriend is standing right in front of me.
"Ashton told me--" he repeated but I instantly cut him off.
"No," I put my hand up infront of him, "I heard you."
"Okay," he grinned widely at me, "So where do you wanna go?"
"I don't know...where do you want to?"

•"Really?" I stared at him with a blank expression, looking at him like he just told the corniest joke in the whole world. "Really?" I asked again, my voice getting louder, "A fucking lingere shop? Really?" I hissed out, suddenly feeling out of place with all the fancy looking women looking through the racks of lingere.
"Why would you even bring me to a lingere store?" I moaned, wanting the suffering to end already, "And a high-end one? Really?"
Luke only shrugged as he hurried to the section of plus size lingere.
"You know I'm not a plus size, right?" I asked him as I watched the other women try on some outfits.
"They're not for you, you loaf," he rolled his eyes as dug through a lot of clothing, "They're for me."
"W-what?" I stuttered out, my eyes bulging out of my head.
"Yeah," he perked up, "It's my first time buying lingere for myself so I kind of want a girl's company or else I'd probs explode in here. Plus, I wanna surprise Ashton later."
If there was a bucket in front of me, I would've barfed all over the place. It's not that I'm against them being together--well, kinda--but I ain't homophobic--it's just the thought of them doing frickle frackle in his room where we used to hang out made me feel sick to the stomach. I know that I'm in no position to say that but I guess it's the jealousy talking right now.
Suddenly, a woman approached us. "Hello! How may I help you?" Luke hesistantly looked at her but when he saw her gleaming smile pointed directly at him, he relaxed a bit.
"Oh, haha, that's quick. Um," he scanned his environment, "I'm kind of, uh, looking for something that say cute," Luke said. Everything was going well until he added, "And submissive," he nodded to himself, "Yeah, cute and submissive."
I cringed at his choice of adjectives to use and I did my best to look away from the woman to hide my innermost shame.
"Oh," the woman looked me up and down, "Is it for your girlfriend?"
"W-what? N--" Luke cut me off by pulling me towards him by the shoulder forcefully.
He smiled at her, putting on his deepest voice, "As a matter of fact, yes I am." I almost did a double take and I swear to god, I would probably strangle Luke if there weren't any people around us. The woman only smiled and continued to talk to Luke, occassionally batting her eyelashes at him. I could almost see Luke rolling his eyes but he tried his best to be in his best behavior as he consulted the woman. I sighed and wandered off the store.
I was looking at some cute bras when I my face smashed onto someone's back. I immediately took a step back, holding a hand to my nose as it produced a slight pang of ache at the collision.
"What the--" I looked up at the person, "Michael?" I scanned his face, double checking if it were really him standing before me. He was the guy in the hotdog suit.
His eyes grew to the size of saucers as my eyes landed on his hands, holding two pairs of panties. "Um," he held up his hand, his face going red as the seconds passed by, "I can explain!" He looked at his hands and put back the clothing he was previously holding back in its place.
"It's not what you think--"
"I didn't know you were the kind of guy to buy," I glanced at the discarded panties, "These kind of stuff."
"No, no, no," he said too quickly and that's when I noticed his name tag.
"Wait," I held a hand up before he could explain any further, "You work here?"
His mouth opened as if he were to say something but closed it as soon as the thought faded. He blushed as he looked away from me, refusing to meet my eyes. "Yeah, I do."
I looked around and realized he was the only guy who worked here. The rest were women. "But you work at--"
"I work three jobs, okay?" he sighed, "I'm also a waiter at a bar."
"What? Really?"
"Yeah," he scratched the nape of his neck, "So," he changed the subject, "I didn't take you for a girl who shops at stores like this."
"Why?" I crossed my arms over my chest, "Because I look like a prude?"
"No," he shook his head, "It's not that. You just didn't look like the kind of person who does."
"Well," I narrowed my eyes at him, "Looks can be decieving," I glanced back at Luke, "And besides, I'm here with a friend."
Michael stood on his toes (even though he was tall as hell) to get a good look at the person I was pertaining to, "Oh? The guy who made fun of me at the carnival?"
"Yeah," I chuckled at the memory. Michael looked at me with sparkling eyes, "It's nice to see you again."
I let out a little laugh, "Yeah, you too."
"Hey!" I heard Luke's voice call behind me. I looked back and saw him waving his paper bag in front of me with an excited expression. He silently pointed at it with a grin that say 'yay! i purchase lingere for the first time!' as if it were his biggest achievement.
I sent Michael an apologetic smile, "Sorry, I have to go."
He nodded, "Yeah...see you soon?"
I smiled at him before running off to Luke who was excitedly fidgeting in his place. I looped my arms to his and dragged him out of the store as fast I could.
"Hope you and your girlfriend enjoy it!"
