Plot: Too melodramatic. You and Chris both suffered from the same disease, which brought you close. Something bad happens when Chris tells you how he feels about you.
You and Chris actually met at the hospital. He was there because of his deadly disease and you were there because of yours. You happened to be in the same room and bonded because of that. After you both left, you kept contact and he introduced you to his friends. You actually became close with all of them. While this happened, you started developing feelings for Chris. You thought he did too, but it would be dangerous if you started a relationship because you would both get hurt in the end.

You and Chris are laying on his bed. You chat and laugh while Cassie and Sid are in her room. ''I gotta tell you something'' Chris says. You look him in his eyes, showing you are paying attention. ''You and I both know that life is really too short, especially when you might die. So I think I just have to tell you. I kind of..I think I love you and I want us to be togeth-'' he stops there. He also starts shaking. ''Chris!'' you yell but he doesn't stop. ''Cassie! Sid! Call the hospital!'' you say, now crying.
After a while, an ambulance took Chris.

When you got to the hospital, Chris was undergoing surgery. You were crying. When the doctor said you can go and see him, you went with Cassie. He wasn't awake and the doctors said they didn't know how long it would take for him to wake up. Cassie is with you, and her hand is on your shoulder. ''Please..wake up..'' you say. ''I hope you know I would be so much happier if I died having spent my life with you than always wondering 'what if'..please..wake up..'' you tell him and cry again as Cassie leaves the room, to give you some privacy. You sit there, closing your eyes as you cry. Suddenly, you feel Chris move the hand you were holding. You look up at Chris who is smirking. ''So..you do love me then?'' he says. You chuckle and then smile. ''Come here so that I can kiss you'' he says and you move closer. You lean forward and kiss Chris, who is smiling through the kiss. He puts his hand on your head and strikes your hair while kissing you. ''Let's get you out of here'' you say smiling, after a making out with him. You go outside to talk to Cassie and then to the doctor so Chris can get back home with you.
