Some days all I can feel is happiness
I can never stop talking and laughing and smiling
Almost always saying something mean and inconsiderate
My brain shuts off
But then other days all I can feel is sadness
Those days I can't say anything at all
People get mad that I don't talk to them
They get mad that I just stare blankly
They get mad about everything
Other days all I can't feel is anger
My skin boils and my brain is making me remember every little thing anyone has ever done that has ever upset me
It makes me hate them
It makes me rude
It makes people get angry at me
Other days I feel nothing at all
Those are the days I love the most
No one gets mad at me those days
No one screams at me to stop talking
Or to stop being so upset
Or to not get so pissed off over tiny things
Those are the days I can control my thoughts
Those are the days I don't cut
I don't cry
I don't do anything
And no one gets upset
I can't feel anything
But everyone else is happy
