May looked at him, a million thoughts running through her head, like a person at a marathon how fast every thought she had and tried to understand why Riley would help her of all people.   "Why would you go through all this trouble to stop your little sister and help me in the process?" "You're both important to me, whilst Dawn being my little sister I've always seen you as a little sister too and an older brother would want to look out for his younger sisters right?" May felt the tears pouring out from her eyes, someone who cared about her wanted to help her, she could feel the pain of a broken heart slowly rebuilding the pieces together. He gently pulled into her a hug and strokes her long soft, luscious brunette hair up and down and she could slowly feel her tears disappearing and she steps away from him and smiles. "Thank you for that." "No problem, well then shall we go and make Dawn sane again?" "Let's go!" They run at the same pace as Lucario and it stops as its eyes lights up like stars in a midnight sky. "What's wrong Aura?" Riley looks at where Lucario is smiling and getting love struck at and he sees a girl with long brown hair, with dip dyed strawberry blonde ends fighting against a being with no face. It jumps back and looks at Riley. "Yes Aura, that is indeed her go and say hello to her." "She looks so worn out.. Poor Yas." Lucario suddenly growls out in anger when it sees the spirit knocking Yasmin and her Sylveon flying and how it comes close to try to devour her but Lucario jumps in and knocks it back with an Aura sphere. "If they need our help, May we will assist them but for now we need to find a way to destroy that machine and bring it back to where it came from." "Well well, look who came back from the dead!" He smirks at May and laughs as he sees who is beside her. "Riley huh? Never thought you'd show up, if you don't mind moving out the way so I can destroy that girl to pieces!" "He's going no where, Riley go on ahead! I'll take him on, to get revenge on what he did to me!" "HAHAHA you're gonna take me on? When I'm 1000x stronger than you'll ever be? With those last words him and his Lucario go on ahead to help the others. "So should it be a 3-3 battle?" "Whatever either way, I will still win." "Fine, 3 on 3 it is you can choose first."

"Hmm it is pretty strong, well how about we wrap things up? Use thunderbolt!" "Dodge it and counter with solar beam!" "Ah crap, the sun is out! Alright dodge it!" "Hm not bad, you knocked out one of my Pokemon; but it's not the end remember that!" "Now onto Pokemon number 2, let's go Salamence!" "Hmm... Alright Beautifully return!" "Glaceon, take the stage!" "An ice type huh? Smart choice. But not smart enough, Salamence flamethrower let's go?!" "Glaceon counter with water pulse!" After a long battle, May comes out victorious in this battle. Brendan goes up to May and tries strangling her, she gasps for air and for someone to save her. Nobody could hear her muffled cries, except one person who had completely lost his hold on May's throat, as he was sent flying by someone's fist. May looks up to see who it is, the person with green hair, soft green, cascading emerald tinted eyes, looks her way and runs up to her with a look of worry, as he looks into her eyes and says "May! Are you alright?!" The worry was clear in his voice. "You do care about me.." Said a tearful May, who then collapsed due to lack of oxygen. "May! May!" He picked her up bridal style and carried her to a near by place, where Riley kept an eye on her and watched her recovery progress. "I'll watch her, do not worry Drew, I'll let you know when she does wake up." "Thank you, I will kill that boy, he tried to hurt May! My May!" "Drew, it's understandable try to chill out okay?" "Can't promise that sorry, he hurt her so many times, how can you expect me to forgive him?!" "I don't expect you too, however don't hold a grudge against someone cuz then you're only going to be the one who suffers. Remember that okay?" Drew understood and left Riley to look after May.  He looked at her and smiled and said "this will be all over soon, you won't have to worry about Brendan I wish you and dawn will make up soon" with that he stroked her hair and went back to doing his own thing.
