Jimmy called me on Skype to check up on me and Caiden after the announcement. We talked for an hour, chatting and making each other laugh at the most corniest jokes ever. Whenever I'm talking to Jimmy I feel like a schoolgirl in middle school laughing with her crush. Before he had to go I told him today is Caiden's first day at a new daycare.
He got really excited and wishes he was here with me to drop from off. Jimmy was getting teary eyed when he told me he didn't want to miss another life stage of Caiden's life. I feel bad for him now, he missed so much of his life. All because of me. I knew, I should've came out to New York sooner than later. I honestly think, we would've been living together or married by now. (Hey, a girl can dream, right?) After ending the Skype call with Jimmy, I slid my laptop off of my lap and placed it next to me.
Caiden finally reached the age where he needs to interact with other babies. Me and Jimmy are beyond nervous for his safety, I can't stress that enough. It's only Monday, 3 days since Jimmy told the whole world about us. What if some stalker finds out what daycare he's at? Mom knocked on my door and walked in with Caiden who's wide awake and happy. I swear, I love that little boy. She passed him to me so I can shower him in kisses and hugs before he left for the day.
"I'm going to miss you Caiden." I kissed him again for Jimmy. "I just talked to daddy bubs, he wishes he was here to take you to your first day of daycare. Be good Caiden." I handed him over to mom. I watched as they walked out of my room. That's when I felt myself tearing up. Holy shit, if I'm tearing up now, how will I react when he starts preschool? While we were on Skype, Jimmy told me he's spending time with Winnie and Franny. I just hate how she's keeping them from seeing Jimmy.
I mean, Jimmy is a good man, who obviously made a bad choice. I take full responsibility for that even though he said it was his fault. Even though, I had no idea who he was until I moved to the states. His show doesn't air in Cape Town, which is hard to believe. I already knew my phone was going to blow up from all notification from social media, calls and texts. After the show aired, I decided to turn my phone off for two days.
I let out a deep sigh before turning on my phone, mentally preparing myself for all the hate messages and names I'm probably going to get called, maybe I'll get some hate messages from his fans. Once I turned my phone on, I stared at my phone while I get ready for all the notifications to blow up, I quickly grabbed my charger and plugged in my phone. I looked at the clock, it's 8:25am "too early for this shit, but I'll give it 5 minutes." I silently said to myself. I'm not about to sit here and waste my time waiting, so I got up and walked over to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do other bathroom things. After spending a few good minutes in there making myself look decent, I heard my phone going off.
Here we go.
I hopped back in bed to look at the messages, notifications and calls. So far, I have 31 missed calls, 25 voice messages, 15 messages and 70+ social media notifications. Jesus Christ. I looked at the calls first. There's 13 calls belong to a bunch of unknown numbers, the other 18 calls came from mom, Jimmy, my friends Mindy, Kayla, and Audrianna from Cape Town. I miss them so much. I quickly called mom. As I wait for her to pick up, I couldn't help but think of the worst case scenario. She finally picked up. "Mom what's wrong?" I asked. She let out a frustrating sigh, "we're coming back home. The lady who runs the daycare watched the clip of Jimmy's announcement. She said, for the sake of the other kids safety at that site she doesn't want Caiden there, because according to her, he might draw unwanted attention." I rolled my eyes, "where the hell is he going to go? It's not his fault his father is more famous then all of those little bitches parents in there combined...." I immediately covered my mouth. I can't believe I cussed in front of her. "I'm sorry mom, I'm just mad. I don't know where he's suppose to go now. I was depending on that daycare."
