Katie spent the next five minutes, writing down any last minute ideas and started a list of things she was going to need to buy. Earlier in the afternoon, she had broached the subject with her parents, and she ended up with ten bucks from each, and an extra twenty bucks from her uncle, who happened to be visiting at the time.
"Hey Mr. Morgan, is Katie in her room?" Katie heard Alex from her room.
"You've been here every day for the past almost eight years. You can call me Henry. And yes, Katie is upstairs."
"Alright, thanks Mister- I mean, Henry." Alex gave an awkward laugh, before coming up the stairs as quickly as he could without seeming rude. His friends came in, trailing behind Alex and coming up the stairs after greeting Henry. Katie had remembered to warn him about the four boys and Alex coming in, so he didn't have a heart attack.
