Daisy didn't want to go home. She wanted to star gaze like she did every night. Star gazing made her feel better. She wasn't quite sure why. "Can we stay here for a while." Daisy had waited for a more woodsy part of town.
"We have to get you home. I'm sure your parents are worried by now." Veronica's brother would not stop walking.
"My Mom is asleep and my Dad died last week." Daisy felt her eyes drop.
"My parents are both dead. I think I know what you are going through, but don't worry your Mom. My sister worries me everyday when she goes to swim with sharks. It isn't a good feeling," he said.
"Night. It's my escape time. This whole week my Mom wouldn't let me out of the house. Yesterday, she finally did and I almost drowned. I doubt I will be out of the house for a long time. I hate TV and video games. Please let me stargaze for a while." Daisy took a deep breath.
"Alright. 10 minutes. I just realized I don't know your name. Mine is Cade." He was now staring at the stars.
"Oh, I'm Daisy." She had forgotten they didn't know each other's names.
"Daisy! Well, I'd say the stars formed you your own constellation." Cade pointed to a certain star group. Daisy gasped. The stars had formed into a Daisy. Her own special star.
