Tris's adventure or love story?

Chapter 6: Initiation

Tris's POV

     "My name is Max. I am one of your leaders here in dauntless. This is the only way to get into dauntless, so you jump or become faction less." Max says while pointing into a whole in the building we are standing on. "So who would like to jump first?" Max asks. This is it, this is how I can prove to people I am no longer Beatrice, the small abnegation girl. But that I am tris the dauntless. At this my hand shoots, but I am not alone. Next to me I see Uriah's hand high in the air. "So I see we have two brave ones this year. Come on up."
     Me and Uriah walk up to the ledge of the building, I am actually glad that I do not have to do this alone. "Uriah. Together?" I say holding out my hand. "Always." He say taking it. Then Uriah counts down.
"One."
"Two."
"Three."
"Jump!" Uriah yells. And I that this we both go launching off of the building.

A net.
     We land on a net. Uriah and I sit up and both take a persons hand. "What are your names?" A man asks us this maybe a year or two older than Uriah and I. He also has deep blue eyes and a muscular build. "Tris" I say. "Uriah." Uriah say for a second I forgot that he was there. "First jumpers Tris and Uriah."

Uriah's POV
"Sharing first isn't so bad." Four whispered to me and lightly elbowed my shoulder. "Especially if you share first with a hot girl, and you even held her hand." I smirk and say to Four, "Yeah I guess so. I think I like her too." "Okay maybe you should talk to our brother about that one." Four says chuckling. "Yeah yeah ok mr tough guy." I say smirking at Four.
"Hello initiates, I'm Lauren and this is four." Says Lauren. "What were 1,2, and 3 taken?" Says Christina earning high fives from other candor transfers. "What's your name?" Ask Four slowly walking towards Christina. "Christina." Christina says shrinking down a bit. "Listen hear Christina if I wanted to deal with Candor smart mouths, I would have joined their faction. So the first lesson you will learn from me is to keep your mouth shut. Got that?" Christina just slowly nods her head. "Okay then," Lauren says "I hope you all get not to mess Four over here. So usually we would split into two groups divided by dauntless born and transfers. But this year me and Four decided on one big group." I am thankful for this because I want to get to spend as much time with tris as possible.
