New teachers in Gurukul

Bandana's POV
"Didi utho na!!! Time ho gaya h!" I heard Taran's voice. I rubbed my eyes. "Eeh!! Poore 2 mins baaki h abhi!! Sone de, mene alarm lagaya hua h!" I said. He rolled his eyes. After a couple of minutes the alarm rang. I woke up and got ready.

It was 9 o'clock and we had to leave for the airport, as we were going to India. We had breakfast and checked everything for a last time. We left at 1 o'clock. I texted Devaki, my bestfriend. She was coming as well, and it was the first time I was meeting her face to face.

We planned to meet near the London Eye. Taran and I were waiting from 20 minutes. Finally she called. She was standing some meters far from us. We were still on phone; finally I found her. She was looking even more beautiful live! I hugged her tightly. She greeted Taran and we left for Stansted Airport. We talked a lot on our way to the airport.

We arrived at 8 o'clock. Our flight was at 11 pm. We did the usual airport routine. We were early so we had to wait sometime. Finally it was 10 o'clock. The staff checked our documents and we got in the plane. We sat on our respective seats.

"Me to mast sone wali hu!" Devaki said. "Kisne kaha?" I asked. She looked confused. "Yaar, abhi to party shuru hui h! Aur tu h k..." I said. She rolled her eyes. I smiled. The plane departured.

After an hour we had dinner.

After dinner we watched a movie. Devaki never watched Bollywood movies and this was the first time she's watching one. "ABCD 2 dekhte h" I said. "Nooo!! Hollywood movie dekhe?" She asked. I shook my head. "Tujhe pta h na mene kabhi nhi dekhi Hollywood movies!?" I asked and she nodded. We watched ABCD 2 and then we fall asleep.

When we woke up, we were about to land. The plane finally landed in 30 minutes.

When we got down, Devaki was almost crying because of the weather, which was damn hot! She was in India for the first time, while I was used to every kind of weather. The Airport staff checked our documents and we got out of the Airport.

There, Diksha was waiting for us. We were meeting for the first time. She hugged us and we sat in her car. She took us home. Even she was living in another house, since she moved for studies and we were going to live together.

We were in Mumbai so the traffic was on peak. We got stuck in the traffic and there was traffic on the lane on our right as well. In that kane a car stopped. It was red; the driver of the car was looking at me. I looked around because I thought he's looking at something else but no, he was actually staring at me. I couldn't see his face since his hand was covering his mouth. He was in deep thoughts. Only his green eyes were visible. I felt something strange and then I lowered my eyes. I wanted to look at him again and again. I looked at that direction, he was still staring. I lowered my eyes again. I was feeling...maybe shy...but why?

"Diksha do you know that guy?" I asked. "Nope...but...his hot" She said. I rolled my eyes. After sometimes we moved. I looked back; he was looking back. I immediately turned. What the hell did just happen!?

Sumedh's POV
We three left Pune and were on our way to Mumbai. I was concentrating on the road while Punyakar and Siddharth were cracking lame jokes. "Ohh dukhi aatma? Koi mar gaya kya?" Punyakar asked. He was sitting on the back seat, I looked in the centre mirror. "Dude wapas chale?" I asked. "Kya?" They said in unision. "Buddy I'm nervous!! Kucch mahine pehle ham khud students the, ab ham padhaenghe!! Yaad h ham teachers ki kitni kheechte the? Ab wahi sab hamare saath hoga!" I said. They burst in a laughter. "The Sumedh Mudgalkar aaj darr raha h? Breaking news h yeh to!" Siddharth said. "Saale tujhe hasi aa rhi h?" I said punching him. They laughed even harder. I was hell nervous. God knows, what was going to happen.

We got stuck in the traffic. I saw a girl on thr right lane. She was...I don't know! There was something in her which was attracting my eye. I was staring at her. "Kya sochegi!? Sumedh hta apni nazar!!" I thought. I tried but it was impossible! She wasn't Miss World; she was a simple girl, like many others. She was looking at me and then lowering her eyes. They started moving. I looked back.

"Acchi thi?" Punyakar asked all of a sudden. "Hmm...oh...wait!! K-kon?" I asked. "Jisko ghoor raha tha" He said. "Ahh, ab tujhse kya chupana. Thik thi...but kucch to tha usme...nazar hi nhi hat rhi thi" I said. "Haan tujhe pyaar hua pyaar hua Allah Miah..." Punyakar and Siddharth started singing. "Aaj kal kucch zada zubaan nhi khul rhi tum dono ki?" I said gritting my teeth. They chuckled.

We finally reached our house. We got in and started tidying up the rooms, kitchen and everything. It took 3 long hours!! After that we had lunch and had some rest. The next day we were going to Gurukul, to TEACH!

The day passed well. We got our timetables by mail. We were ready for this new journey.

The next day we got up and got ready. We left for Gurukul.

When we arrived, students were already in the assembly and we were supposed to be in our classroom, to prepare the lesson. Punyakar and Siddharth had a free period but I had the Architectural Designing lesson. We were looking for the classroom when we heard a voice. We turned. She was the Head Teacher. "Gentlemen you are supposed to be in the Assembly" She said. "Ma'am, Assembly to students k lie h na?" Siddharth asked.

She nodded. "Well, we are teachers" Punyakar said in a low voice. "Oh...you...you are teachers??" She asked. We nodded. She smiled and apologised. She took us in her office. "Aap teeno se kucch zaruri baat krni thi" She said. We sat. "Actually, mene aapke qualifications dekhe. Gurukul me iss saal Anatomy, Dance aur Biochemistey padhane wale teachers nhi h. Aap logo ne yeh teeno subjects kiye hue h, to aap students ko padha sakte h? Basically do subjects padhane honghe..." She explained. We looked at each other. "Thori 'maya' zada mil rhi h to kya problem h!?" Punyakar whispered. We agreed. She sent us to the classroom.
