"Can I stay?" he asked, one foot out the door.

"No!" Freya shoved his shoulder and I giggled.

"Lets see that wardrobe, girl." I followed Freya into my closet.

"Flippin' hell......." Freya looked at the closet in awe.

"These are all yours?"

December nodded happily.

"Well. I know who's clothes I'm borrowing." Freya said, holding a shirt up to herself.

Haha we need to buy you clothes. December thought, imagining her self touching Freya.

"I can hear you." Freya said, her back to December.

I know.

"Awesome. Now we have no use of the chalkboards. You should wear this." She tossed December a gray, spaghetti-strap tank top and a black crop top with the words "Bite Me" in red.

Why? Are we going somewhere?

"Yes. The boys are taking us out to dinner."

They are?

"Yes because I said they are."

December smiled at her friend's spunk.

Shouldn't I wear something fancy then? She thought as she pulled the clothes over her head.

"No, I don't want to dress up and I know the guys probably won't. So why should you?" Freya linked her arm to December's and skipped downstairs.

"Lets go!" Freya shouted, heading for the front door.

"Where?" Adrian asked.

"Out. We want to go to dinner."

"No offense but aren't you dressed a little too casual for a night on the town?" Stranger walked into the greeting room.

(A/N you know the little room when you first walk into someone's house? Yeah. I didn't know what to call it so......)

"Yes we are. Sue us." Freya jutted her hip out and pushed her hair behind her ear.

"So where are we going?" Adrian leaned against the wall, his arms crossed.

"Olive Garden. I've always wanted to go there." Freya said happily, walking outside.

"You've never been to Olive Garden?" Adrian asked, following her.

"No. I've been back and forth from the feeding rooms and hospitals since I was ten." She said.

"Oh."

How are going to get there? I'm fairly certain that one motorcycle can't carry four people.

"I have my motorcycle." Stranger said.

"Can I drive?" Adrian asked, bouncing up and down like a little kid.

No one drives my baby except me.

"You can drive mine. December doesn't want you on hers." Stranger said, tossing his keys to Adrian.

"Won't it look a little weird if two guys are on the same motorcycle?" Freya said.

"Yeah. You're riding with me, then." Adrian said. "Where is the motorcycle?"

"May's house."

I thought it was at school.

"May took it to her house. Mindreader, remember?" Stranger said.

"Can you two hear her?" Adrian asked.

"Yeah."

"Yup."

"Why can't I?"

I don't want to mess with his shapeshifting again.

"She doesn't want to mess with your shifting. Can we go?" Freya said, tapping her foot impatiently.

"Sure." Adrian's body morphed into a white wolf.

I thought he can't shift into other supernaturals?

"He can't. He became a wolf, not a werewolf." Stranger turned to Freya. "He says hop on."

"I get to ride a wolf? Awesome!" Freya swung her leg over Adrian-wolf's back and grabbed fistfuls of fur.

"We'll meet you there." Stranger said, following December to her bike.

Adrian-wolf nodded and sprung forward, heading for the woods.

"Aahh!" Freya screamed, alarmed, holding on tighter and pressing herself to his back.

Lets go. December revved the engine and looked expectantly at Stranger.

"Kay." he hopped on behind December and lightly rested his hands on her hips.

She raced out of the driveway, passing Cassidy's convertible and waving.

After a few minutes, they pulled into the parking lot and walked in.

"Hi welcome to Olive Garden. Please follow me." said the overly perky blond waitress.

They sat down and ordered drinks, waiting for Adrian and Freya in a comfortable silence.

•••••••••••••••................•••••••••••••••

"That was delicious!" Freya chirped as they walked into December's house.

"It was pretty good." Adrian admitted.

It was. December yawned.

"You said it sister. Lets sleep." Freya trudged upstairs.

December, Adrian and Stranger followed her.

"You two are not sleeping in here." Freya said, blocking the door to December's room.

"Please. We'll sleep on the floor." Adrian ducked around her and sat on the floor, his golden eyes glinting mischievously.

"Don't even think about bothering us. A girl's got to get her beauty sleep." Freya warned.

Catch. December tossed a pair of pajamas at Freya, already wearing penguin pajama pants and a matching shirt.

"Penguin." Adrian said, shifting into one and waddling over to her.

December giggled and patted his head.

There are extra blankets and pillows under my bed.

"I got it." Stranger said. He tossed a pillow at Adrian-penguin, knocking him over and making him honk loudly.

"Is that Adrian?" Freya asked, walking back into the room.

Yes. Yes it is.

"Cool." she bellyflopped into December's queen sized bed.

"Goodnight!" she yelled out, burrowing under the thick comforter.

"G'Night."

'Night

Adrian shifted into a dog and barked, hopping up onto the bed and curling up by Freya's feet.

Stranger turned the lights off and layed on the floor, his hands under his head, staring at the ceiling, listening as the others fell asleep.

"What I wouldn't give to be able to that." he whispered sadly.
