"Need a ride?" Luke asked, jumping infront of me. 

I let out a laugh. "Nope, i drove here." 

"Okay good cause i need one." He said, grinning widely. 

"He does that." Casey muttered to me as she passed by. I chuckled and looked back at Luke, who stared at me with puppy eyes. I let out a sigh and motioned to the door. 

"Really?" He asked, his eyes lighting up. 

"Yeah yeah." I muttered dryly, following him out the door. "Where do you live?" I asked, once we got to my car. 

He opened the passenger seat and got it. 

"I'll give you directions."

"Left!" He yelled. The car swerved to the left and i cursed. 

"You said right!" I yelled back. 

"Go in here!" He reached over to the stearing wheel and jerked it to the right. 

"Luke!" I screamed, trying to get him to let go of the wheel. 

"Sorry." He said, sitting back and throwing his hands in the air. I muttered a few swear words and took control of the car. "Right there." He said, pointing at a white house. 

"Finally." I mummbled, parking in front of the house. He waited for me to stop the car and then unbuckled his seat belt and grinned at me. 

"Thank you oh beautiful maiden." He gave me a pat on the shoulder and opened the car door. "want to see my humble abode?" 

"No." He pouted. "Get out." He narrowed his eyes at me and stepped out of the car. 

"Rude!" He yelled dramatically. I sighed. 

"Goodbye Luke." I said, waiting for him to close the door. 

"Farewell snippy." 

"Snippy?" I raised an eyebrow at him. He just laughed and shut the door. He waved at me from his pront porch until i drove away. 

Well that was something. I laughed to myself and turned on the radio. 

Nothing good was on so i slipped in the Avenged Sevenfold CD. 

My phone rang i rumaged through my bag for it. I got a hold of it and answered. 

"Honey?" 

"Mom?" 

"Where are you?" 

"I'm on my way home, just finished my first shift." 

"Oh you found a job? That's great darling." 

"What do you need?" 

"Why would you assume i need something dear?" 

"Mom..." I roled my eyes. 

"Well i need you to pick me up..." I sighed. of course she needed something. 

"no late shift today?" 

"No, i get off in an hour and Lissa's shift is till eleven." 

"I'm on my way." 

"Thank you darling." 

"No prob-" The line went dead. That happened alot. 

I sighed and averted my route. 

I highered the volume.
