"No he fucken didn't" Alix first response after I told her Matt had apologized for his actions
"Well he did, so" I sassed her (gif)
"Ok on the real note, are you sure you're giving him a second chance, not that I don't want you to forgive him because he tried real hard to get that shot but I just want to know" she says in a serious tone
"Of course I'm sure I even told him that I forgive him but he just needs to gain my trust" I say truthfully
"Well that will just be a start" she gives me a warm smile
Shortly after we had that conversation she had to leave because she had to do some chores back home,
while me on the other hand I'm a lazy ass that just stayed on my bed and put some music on and enjoy the music. My playlist was over so I went to my other task which was Netflix I had nothing else to watch on there so I decided to watch a random show that looked somewhat interesting. I was walking to the kitchen to get some snacks so I can continue binge watching and on my way back I hear a knock on the door
I roll my eyes and slip a grunt of annoyance as set my food down so I can open the door. I open the door and seeing gilinsky on the other made me feel real awkward since I don't even talk to him yet he knew where I lived I felt weird and creeped out at the same time
"Hey" he says as he makes eye contact with me
"Hi" I say awkwardly "um not to be rude or anything but what are you doing here? And how did you know where I lived?" I tell him
"Um my cousin lives next door and I felt like I should personally come and apologize" he says awkwardly.
"Apologize for what?" I ask
"For making Matt do that bet I know it was wrong to do it but I guess I wasn't thinking at the time I did the bet" he sincerely tells me, I walk out to sit on the porch swing and invite him to sit also
"I forgive you but I also don't know if I should thank you for it" I look at him confused
"Why?" He wonders
"Well because if you didn't do the bet Matt would never even talk to me and I will still be that quiet weird girl that no one knew" I confess
"Well that is tough one" he half smile
"Pretty tough" i breath out heavily as a tear rolls down my cheek
"It's ok I honestly didn't know it was this difficult to you I feel so bad about all if it" he reaches out to hug me, I hug him back and let my tear slowly come out. We sat out there for a couple mins just trying to calm down
"What going on?" Matt says startling me
"Nothing bro I just came to apologize for the whole thing and things got emotional" gilinsky says as he gets up and I try to wipe my tears away, gilinsky soon leaves leaving me and Matt alone
"Are you ok?" Matt ask me as he brushes a strand behind my ear
"I'm fine it's just-" I stop mid sentence looking away
"Just what?" He asks
"I know this might sound stupid but I just didn't know if I should thank gilinsky for doing that bet or not because he didn't you wouldn't talk to me and we wouldn't be right here right now" he spill out
"Well if he didn't do that bet then I would be pretty stupid if I didn't come and talk to you myself because a beauty like doesn't come in my life often" he smiles as he kisses my cheek and just chill on the swing
