A week later I come back to my place with Mark and go inside.
"That was so fun." I say.
We laugh.
"Well next time lets go golfing when it isn't raining." Mark says smiling.
I walk in to my apartment look over at the couch and freeze.
"Becca! Mark!" I see Ally say as she stands up.
"This is my boyfriend... Parker." She says.
He stands up and smiles.
"Nice to meet you." He says holding out his hand.
"Nice to meet you." I say.
I don't shake his hand neither does Mark.
"Ooh I gotta grab something be right back guys." Says Ally and goes to her room.
"Why are you here?" Asks Mark standing in front of me.
"Just here with my girlfriend... got a problem?" He says smirking.
Mark glares at him and Parker and Ally go out to dinner.
Mark and I sit and chat.
We soon realize Parker is over me and into Ally.
I have a huge sigh of relief that night.
~~~2 years later~~~
"Becca isn't this great?" Asks Mark as we sit in a restaurant by the ocean.
"It's wonderful." I say.
I look at at the ocean and let the wind blow my hair gently.
"Becca..." Says Mark.
He get down on one knee.
I cover my mouth with my hands.
"Oh my gosh." I say.
"Becca Smith, I've known you since we were kids and you're my best friend. I love you more then anyone else ever had or ever will. Will you marry me?" He says pulling out the ring.
Everyone looks and smiles.
Memories of Mark and I flash through my head, him smiling, is holding hands, high school...
"Yes... Yes Mark!" I say and jump up and hug him.
He hugs me back and kisses me.
Everyone around us claps and yells.
Mark puts the ring on my finger and smiles.
"I love it Becca." He says. "I love you too."
I say.
We kiss one more time then go out for ice cream.

"Ok Becca what are you colors for your wedding?" Amy asks bringing a book of colors over to me.
"Hmm I like sky blue and navy blue... Ooh this one is perfect. And have this vibrant pink with it too." I say picking a light blue and pink as the main colors.
"Ooh perfect choice." She says smiling.
She goes on the phone and calls some decorators and they come to decorate the back of a beach house.
"This is going to be amazing!" Says Amy twirling around.
The decorators show up.
They put everything up for our reception.
