Y/N's POV

I don't know how long I was asleep for, but when I woke up, Wally was looking at me from above. I freaked out and punched him in the nose. "Hey! I didn't do anything!" He yelled. "S...sorry. I just... You scared me for a second." I apologized. The memories from last night started filling my head. I looked around and saw that Megan, Artemis, and Superboy, were in the room as well. Artemis was trying not to laugh, probably at what just happened. Wally got up and walked over to Artemis. "Why are you laughing? It's not funny. I could have gotten a broken nose!" He scolded her. "Sorry, but it's so much fun watching you get beat up sometimes." She told him. They started arguing but I tuned them out. I got up from my position and just sat on the couch with my arms drooping off of my knees and my head hung low. 'If he knew where I lived then he could've taken me. But why didn't he do that?' I wondered. "The security camera!" I mumbled to myself. "If he got into my room somehow, then the apartment camera or the camera's on the street must have caught him." I explained to know one. A voice was saying something but I didn't really listen. I didn't notice but I started to shake. "Hey! Are you ok?" a voice asked me. A hand was put on my shoulder and I jumped immediately turning around. "Oh! Megan. Sorry. What were you saying?" I apologized. I started to rub my face even though my mask was on. "I wanted to know if you were ok? I mean... you were mumbling to yourself and then started shaking. Is everything alright?" She asked concerned for me. "Yeah. I'm fine. Just tired...and hungry." I truthfully said. "Hello Megan! I have food ready. Come on and eat." She announced. I got up and saw my bag on the counter. I grabbed it and set it on the floor so it wasn't in the way. "So that was yours?" Superboy asked. "Yeah. Sorry if it was in the way." I apologized again. "Why do you need it?" Wally asked. "Well... if... if it's alright with you guys, I need a place to stay for a while." I told them. "Don't you have your own home?" he asked. "Yeah. I did. It's a long story, but I can't live there anymore." I said. "It's fine by me!" Megan clapped cheerfully. "Thanks." I thanked her. "Batman 01, Robin B01." The computer went off. "We need to find her though." Robin told batman. 'I wonder what they were talking about. Batman sighed and went to turn on the TV. "I have another mission for everyone. Wait... where's Aqualad?" Batman asked. "I am right here, sir." Aqualad announced. "Alright then. As I was saying... I have another mission for you." Batman announced and turned the TV on to a curtain channel. "This house was attacked last night and we can't find any trace of the victim." He explained. There was a picture of a torn up apartment and a picture of the missing victim. 'That's my apartment room. Shoot.' The news reporter started reporting on the situation. "This girl might be in danger, so if you see her, report as soon as possible." She finished. "Your mission is to find where she is. Her name is Y/N L/N. She is a teen, with H/C and E/C. ( Hair Color and Eye Color. ) She was abducted sometime last night after she got back from her school's Halloween Dance. Find her and bring her back." He ordered us. "Alright! A cool mission for once!" Wally exclaimed. "Take this seriously!" Batman told Wally. "Sorry." He apologized. "We can get information out of her parents, correct?" Megan asked. "No. She doesn't have any. We have looked in the records for anything about them, but found out her mother died in a car accident and her father and brother went missing a long time ago. She has been alone for a couple years now." Batman explained without any emotion. The way he explained it though made my heart ache. My memories started to fill my mind and I tried to hold back tears. "That's so sad! I feel bad for her." Megan kind of sobbed into Superboy's chest. "It is sad." Batman said. "You have your mission, now go." Batman ordered us and he went through the Zeta Tube. Robin walked over to me. "Hey, Y/N." He said. "This mission is pretty tough. Huh." He continued. I nodded my head in agreement. "Load up!" Aqualad ordered. We all walked to the bio ship and set off to Gotham. "Wait, isn't this where you live Robin?" Kid asked. "Yup. Home sweet home, I guess." After some time, we got to Gotham. The bio ship hovered over the apartment building and dropped us off. We got permission by the police to enter the room for examination. I didn't know where to look because I already know they won't find anything, I think. "There are no clothes. She must have been robbed or something." Kid said. 'That pervert! Going through my drawers!' "Guys! I found something!" Robin called. I ran over to him curious at what he found. He was inside the closet. 'I forgot about that cubby hole! It has all of my family's pictures and the map for my brother.' I mentally punched myself. He opened it and looked inside the box. "These are pictures of her family, I think." I said pushing them aside. I grabbed the box instead and looked through the beautiful memories. I smiled to myself and felt a tear slip. It caught on my mask so no one could see it. "There is also a map of something." Robin said. "It looks like... it looks like she's been tracking someone." He announced. "Probably her brother." I said wanting to get out of here. "Maybe." He mumbled. Robin put that aside as well and looked around more. "I found a book. Maybe it's her diary or something?" Robin wondered. "I'll look through it for you while you rummage some more!" Kid Flash yelled across the room. "No!" Robin and I said at the same time. "I... I mean. If it's her diary, she would want to keep it secret from people like you, right?" I stuttered. "Hey! What's that's supposed to mean?" Kid asked. "Nothing, nothing." I mumbled. I grabbed the diary from Robin and held it for him. I knew what I wrote in there. Everything my dad did to me. Everything I've been through. "There's nothing else in here." Robin said. He got up and came over to me. "I'll take the diary." He said. "I think it might better if... if a girl reads it. In case it might have embarrassing things in it." I told him. "Right now, that doesn't matter. Please. This girl is from my school and I want to make sure she is okay." He said. 'He goes to my school?' I was shocked and didn't notice until he took the book. "Hey!" I yelled. I tried to get the book back but failed. I just gave up and just walked around the apartment. "I'm going to get fresh air." I announced and walked outside to the rooftop. I sighed and looked up at the now shining sun. 'I need to tell them, but that would put them in more danger. I should just disappear. I don't think they would care. I can handle myself. I wish Dick were here. He'd know what to do. Dick! I need to call him.' I remembered that I needed to call Dick, so I took out my phone and dialed his contact. It buzzed for a bit and his voicemail went off. I groaned and dialed again. This time he picked up. "Hello?" A British voice asked. It wasn't Dick's voice. "Umm... I am Y/N. Is Dick there? I need to talk to him. It's... umm... urgent." I asked him. "Yes. Master Dick is gone at the moment, but would you like to leave a message for him?" The guy asked. "Sure. Umm... I just want him to know that I am safe." I said. "Alright then. I will make sure he knows. Also, he is very worried about you. He heard about what happened at your apartment and he will love to know that you are safe. If you need anywhere to stay though, you may stay here in the Wayne mansion. I'm sure Master Bruce wouldn't mind." He proposed. "It's fine. I will be alright. I am staying somewhere right now anyway." I told him. "Alright then." He said. Suddenly I was pulled back and the phone dropped. "Hey! Let go of me!" I yelled. "Hello? Are you alright, Miss? Hello?" The guy on the phone asked in concern. I struggled to grab the phone but it was smashed by a foot. I looked up and saw B/N. I tried to get away from him but a cloth was put over my mouth and I was consumed by darkness.
