Make your first video something eye-catching, something your viewers will remember. If your first video is boring you might not get a lot of views or subscribers. Just introduce yourself and what your channel will be about.
If you see that you are rapidly gaining more subscribers, do another introduction to your channel. Let your subscribers get to know you a little
