It is VERY, VERY important that you interact with your viewers. I know that we can't all go to Digi Tour, Teen Hoot, Vidcon, Playlist Live and other youtube and creator conventions. Interacting with your viewers could be asking them a question in your video and having them answering it, having them ask you questions and then answering some of the questions in a video, follow some of them on twitter, have a P.O. box where you have them send you things and you put together a fan-mail video.
Having viewer to fan interaction will make your viewers happy and want to watch you everyday or every week.
