Don't promise something, then later you don't do it. If you say that you are going to do something then do it. If you let your viewers down there is a possibility that they will un-subscribe.
Try your very best to upload two to three times a month. I try my best to upload once a week.
Keep your channel up to date. If you don't like your profile picture or your channel art, update it.
If you started youtube at a young age and your profile picture is of you when you were 10 and you are 22, please update it.
Make sure that you stick to this and make a commitment to it.
