Do: Talk with correct grammar, have a loud voice(but don't yell), try your best at editing if you can edit, keep the camera still, if you vlog keep the camera a good distance away from your face, have a good channel name that is easy to remember or catchy, try to have website (twitter, pheed, instagram, facebook, blog etc.), make sure so people remember you, have a citation (credits) There are many more things.
Don'ts: don't talk like "Hewwo dere peeps! WAZZZUPP!", don't steal something from someone (like a song, a picture etc.), don't be to obnoxious, don't have a wabbly/shaky camera, don't have profanity/nudity. There are many more.
