One easy way to get reach is to promote your channel anywhere. Put it on your other social media's. Ask your friends or subscribers to help spread the word as well. Comment on other people social media's about your channel.
One last way is your viewers. If your viewers like your videos they will most likely tell their friends to go watch and subscribe to your channel.
