Vlogging is like a video documentary of your day. In fact most youtubers have a vlogging channel.
Regular video for instance is Inuendo Bingo, or Pet Peeves.
Some people may like to see the humdrum of your day. If you vlog you can upload everyday or you can upload on certain days.
I personally think if you are doing nothing on a day then you shouldn't vlog it. To be honest, people don't want to watch you sit on the couch and watch television. People want to see you going to beach, shopping, hanging with your friends, meeting Youtubers and doing lots of other interesting things.
