Yugi plucked the petals from the flower Yami gave him, humming "A Whole New World".

"Yugi?"

He turned to see his grandpa in the doorway. The Sultan wasn't looking in any general direction, nor did he seem to be looking anywhere at all.

"Grandpa, you will not believe where I've been, what I've seen!" He giddily stood up and began to walk towards him. "I've had the most wonderful time! I'm so happy!"

"You should be." Solomon said in his senseless manner. "For I have chosen a suitor for you."

Yugi's smile quickly faded. "What?"

The other door beside him opened up to reveal Bakura, who was smirking like he had just murdered an orphanage full of children.

"You will wed Bakura." Solomon stared into nothingness as he said this.

The prince gasped.

"I see you're speechless," Bakura grinned and took his hand. "A fine quality in a husband..."
(And this is why Jafar is one of my favorite Disney villains because he actually says this)

"I will never marry you!" Yugi rushed to the Sultan and shook his shoulders."But, Grandpa! I choose Yami!"

Bakura shrugged. "Prince Yami left!"

"Better check your crystal ball again, Bakura."

Everyone looked to the corner of the room to see Yami (drenched and smelling like saltwater) leaning against a pillar.

"Yami!" Yugi's whole face lit up.

Bakura gasped to see him alive. Marik yelled, "HOW IN THE-" then cleared his throat and went, "Ragh!"

"Tell them the truth, Bakura." Yami stomped toward him angrily. He pointed a finger at him and spat, "You tried to have me killed!"

"What?!" He pretended to be shocked. Bakura put the rod's eye to Solomon's face and said, "Ridiculous nonsense, your highness. He's obviously lying..."

"...obviously...lying...." Solomon repeated in his mindless state.

"Grandpa?!" Yugi stood at his side and waved a hand to his face. "What's gotten into you?!"

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the eye of the rod glowing."I know!" Yami snatched the rod from Bakura, and before he could react, Yami threw it against the ground and it smashed into little pieces.

Marik let out a shriek. "...my baby...!"

Solomon blinked a few times and regained consciousness. It was silent (if you ignore Marik's crying), until he said, "...was I having a heart attack?"

"Your highness, Bakura has been controlling you with this!" Yami gestured to the pieces on the floor, and couldn't ignore the man in a parrot suit sobbing beside them.

"I didn't know parrots could cry."

Yami raised a brow. "That is a grown man in a parrot suit."

Bakura shook his head. "No it isn't."

"Yes! Yes it is!"
