The Lost Exile: Hiriya's Lost Memorial

Prelude

 (At a factory area.)(9:00pm[Heavy Rain])

‘Boom’

The factory on the left of the area exploded into uncountable shrapnel. The shrapnel splashed everywhere on the wet ground. Towering above was a gigantic creature, with a pair of stone wings that spanned 5m each and a face of a human. It looked like an angel… except in had no legs or Halo. A deep resonated bellowing noise echoed throughtout the area, the sound was projected throught the gigantic creature, as if it were hollowed out. As it slowly move forwards in the direction of the city, outlines of about a dozen people running towards the creature could be made out.

“Don’t be scared! We need to stop it here and now!” A person yelled.

She was dressed in a school uniform. A dark red blazer with a white uniform and red stockings and brown shoes. Following her in suite, were people wearing uniforms like her in a similar fashion, only that they had different blazer and stocking colors. However, what made this girl special was that she was wearing an armband with the words: ‘E.O.’ (Elimination Officer) imprinted in gold on it.

“Team Alpha, take the right and distract it. Beta come with me and go in for the kill!” She yelled.

“HAI!”

The group spilt into two and began executing the plan. The sounds of their movement could be heard clearly against the wet ground. Team Alpha attacked. As the various elemental magic attacks hit their mark, the creature noticed this and turned towards them. A crane near to the creature bent and fell over, scattering rubble everywhere. Additional elemental attacks were casted.

‘Boom’

As the creature fell back slowly, a crack on the chest of the creature appeared. It slowly widened and splintered into other cracks until it couldn’t hold its shape and shattered, revealing a beautiful orb in the center. It sparkled green. The shattered chunks fell onto the wet ground below, creating splash backs within the heavy downpour.

The girl, who was their leader, jumped up, aimed at the core and casted elemental magic with the Team “Beta”.

‘Boom’

 

The various elemental attacks caused a huge explosion, which caused a smokescreen to appear. When it cleared, the core remained intact.

“…ch, it didn’t even cause a scratch…” She griped.

The huge creature got back up and opened its mouth. A green light started to gather together. The light focused and created a spherical shape.  Realizing what it was doing, the girl was about to give another order, but it was too late… The beam of light shot forwards.

‘Boom’

Everything that had been standing in front of the beam’s radius had shattered and rubble from the various parts of the factory came crashing down, the dust fogged everything from view. As the smoke and rubble cleared, the sounds of moaning and shrieking could be heard. The entire group of students was injured. The leader stood up and looked around. She could see people without an arm or a leg some even had parts of the bone still showing… but not blood came out. The attack had been so fast that the blood wouldn’t spill, but the pain remained. The leader swayed… but managed to regain her step. She could feel a sharp pain from her right arm. As she went to grab it to ease the pain, it slowly dropped off. It was like the skin and flesh were made of melted wax as it slowly slid off and landed with a thud. The pain intensified and she screamed. The creature slowly loomed over them. As if it were planning to attack them again.

A white light suddenly appeared beneath her and the group, it slowly started spinning until it formed a circle. The circle slowly formed magic wordings and stopped spinning. Under the light, the leader and her team felt that the pain has ceased and were slowly healing the various body parts they were missing.

As the circle faded, a white-cloaked figure appeared in front of them. The cloak covered his entire body from head to toe. The leader just stared at him. It wasn’t in fear… but in awe.

The gigantic creature seems to have taken notice of the white-cloaked figure and turned towards him.

“Hmph. A level 8 Judgement huh? No matter. I will defeat all Judgement.” The white-cloaked figure said, as he tossed his cloak to reveal an armored arm with 10 encrusted jewels on it.

”ELEMENTAL SWITCH: FLAMES!”

[ELEMENTAL SWITCH CONFIRMED, NOW SWITCHING TO FIRE ELEMENT]

The armor seems to come to life as it changed from a white color to a reddish color.

“Let’s finish this.” The cloaked figure said.

The Judgement opened its mouth and started to prepare another beam. The figure dashed forwards, the rain battering on his cloak as the sounds of his feet dashing on the wet ground refracted, he jumped and aimed his fist at the core…

”FLAME SCORCHER!”
