“Hmph.” The hooded man smirked.

He grasped Alicia’s face. She was hung up against the wall of the room. Four dark magic circles encased her limbs and feet into the concrete. She showed no signs of consciousness. A hooded girl walked in the room. The hooded man turned to the girl.

“Hmph. Looks like you made it. I thought you were about to be caught.”

“Shut up!” The girl snapped, “I wasn’t ready, that’s all.”

She unmasked herself, revealing her green hair and sea blue eyes. She stared at Alicia and smacked her lips.

“How much longer till she becomes complete.”

“Don’t rush me. It takes longer the higher the level on the Exiled.”

A stone-like wing started to sprout from Alicia’s back. The hooded man smirked.

“Finally… it’s a success.”

Suddenly, a huge ringing alarm echoed throughout the room. A monitor turned on and revealed a girl wearing a yellow blazer with the gold winged logo and the words ‘RA’ imprinted on the right chest of the blazer. The hooded man smiled.

“Go greet our guest warmly, Mori. We may have another sample.”

The girl smirked. She tossed her hood back on and slowly backed into the darkness.

Still wiping the tears in her eyes, Rita kept on walking. When the tears cleared, she looked around. She was on the top floor of the Pentra Tower. She could see the entire town from out of the window on the circular floor. Looking at the scenery reminded her of her childhood with Hiriya.

“Hey, look, look!” Hiriya yelled.

A big grin appeared on his face. Rita however, just hid behind him. Seeing this, Hiriya attempted to push Rita in front of him. She tried to resist as much as she could, but her small frail body couldn’t produce enough strength. She shut her eyes tightly. Hiriya forced her eyes open. As she stood there, she could see the various activities in the town, shopping, transporting, and going to work and school. A grin slowly appeared on her face.

“I come here everytime I’m sad.” Hiriya said. “So if you feel sad, then you can come here as well.”

Rita turned to look at Hiriya. She could see that he was holding back some tears, but he wasn’t sad. He still had a big grin on his face as always.

“ Welcome to the Pentra Tower, girl.” An evil girlish voice said behind Rita.

Rita interrupted her train of memories and turned to see a hooded girl, the same girl Hiriya had explained that attacked him and Alicia. She backed away for a bit.

“So you are the one who attacked Hiriya and Alicia.”

The girl just smirked. Rita’s right hand began to spark with lightning. The girl saw this and backed off a bit.

“Tell me where Alicia is.” Rita said.

“Then fight and beat me then.” The girl said.

Rita sent a huge spark of lighting towards the girl. A wall of trees suddenly erupted from the ground and the lightning sparked and dissipated. Rita was taken aback.

“Ba~ka~. Don’t you know lightning element doesn’t work against wood element?” The girl sneered.

Suddenly, two roots appeared near Rita’s feet, instantly restricting her. The hooded girl formed a wooden spear in her hand.

“Don’t expect this to just knock you out cold, it will kill you. ” The girl smirked.

Rita tried to struggle, the roots only tightened further.

“Muda, Muda… the more you try to struggle, the tighter it’s gonna get. Now, let me see you splurt the shower of blood I love.”

As the wooden spear was thrown, Rita closed her eye.

“Save me… Hiriya…”

[ELEMENT: WATER: LIQUID SPEAR]

A spear of water smashed into the wood spear and both exploded into shards of wood splinters and water droplets.

“Looks like we made it in time.” A voice coolly said.

Rita opened her eyes, in front of her, stood Ice and Hiriya. A tear started to swell up in her eyes.

“Let’s end this quickly,” Ice said.

“Yeah” Hiriya replied.

The two dashed towards the hooded girl.
