As I walked up Quinn's driveway, I wiped the last of the mascara stain from my cheeks and put on a brave face. I didn't want Judy asking me questions. I really just wanted to see Quinn.
Almost instantly after knocking on the door, Judy swings it open.
"Rachel! Quinn's upstairs in her room. Do you want anything to drink before you go up?" She said.
"No thank you, Ms. Fabray." I answered as I started walking through the foyer quickly, before she can notice the aftermath of my tears.
"Okay, you girls have fun!"
I rushed up the stairs, and I see Quinn standing in the doorway of her bedroom.
"Quinn..." I say and again the tears rush back to my eyes and down my cheek.
She comes up and hugs me.
"Everything's gonna be alright." She reassured me.

In her room, I told her everything. How Finn took me aside after Glee club that morning, telling me how he was in love with someone else. Telling me we could still be friends.
"He even told me when I found someone else, we could go on a double date. Like, who says that to someone they just broke up with?" I sobbed into her shoulder.

"And the one he's 'in love with', is Santana?" She asked

"And the one he's 'in love with', is Santana?" She asked.
"Yes." I answered and made a loud whine into shoulder.
"I doubt that. I heard a rumor that Santana plays for the other team."
"Where'd you hear that?" I looked up from her shoulder.
"It's floating all around school. I can't believe you haven't heard it. And even if you haven't, it's still not that hard to tell. I mean, she basically smells like a golf course!" She said and looked over to me.
I laugh.
"But she's been obsessed with Finn since Sophomore year. And Finn has shown no interest until now. It makes no sense." I said
"I'm sure it's just a phase. Santana is the alpha-bitch of all bitches. And I know Finn, he's one of the sweetest guys I know. There's no way they're gonna last. Just give it a few months. He'll be back in your arms for sure." she remarked.
"But I can't wait a few months. I need my Finnie Poo Poo Pants now" i say as I fall back onto her bed.
"Finnie Poo Poo Pants...really?" she laughed.
"Beside the point." I smiled back at her. "I just really miss him and it hasn't even been 12 hours yet."
"Well if you don't want to wait, were just going to have to speed things up a bit." Quinn said.
I sit up. "What do you mean?"
"We are going to have to get Finn running back into your arms by next week." she explained
"How?" I say, my interest growing deeper.
She gasped, as if a lightbulb above her head had just clicked on. "Well make Finn jealous. And I know just how to do it."
A long silence filled the room as Quinn looked at me.
"C'mon, what is it?" I asked, basically about to pounce on her with anticipation.
"He offered to go on a double date with you once you found someone, right?" she asked.
"Yes, but what does that have to do-"
"Give me your phone." Quinn interrupted.
I threw my phone over to her while I asked, "What are you doing, Quinnie?"
She ignores me while she types away on my phone. I patiently stare at her and my phone, and wonder what on earth she could possibly be doing.
I stood up, walked over, and stared over her shoulder, just as she hit send on a text message.
"What did you do?" I asked, intently.
She shows me my phone.

Finn

Hey Finn, I forgive
you for breaking
up with me, and I
would like to take
you up on that
double date offer,
how's Friday? @
8? See you then.

"Lucy Quinn Fabray, what did you just do?" I said.
"Got you the perfect opportunity to make Finn jealous." She smirks.
"But I don't even have a date! How am I supposed to go on a double date without a date? I can't show up with my dog as a date? What am I supposed to do?" I said and turn away and start pacing.
"Don't worry, I'll take care of it." She said. "Just meet me here at 7 on Friday. I have to get you ready for your double date."
