Hockey has our hearts chapter 12

Alyshia’s POV

After we got done at the emergency room we all went to subway to eat. Aira had to get some stitches but other than that she would be fine. We had our finals coming up, which meant that we would have to take a test to see if we passed the class. After the finals we had spring break and then I had 2 more semesters of classes and then I would graduate. Finals week I was study and was so busy that I never really got a chance to see Jonathan but he understood and they had a couple games in California so it’s not like they were here anyway. Finals were finally done and I was so glad I really hate tests. That night I went over to Jonathans to celebrate my finals getting done and to spend so time with my boy. Then as we were eating Jonathan sprang something one me.

“So you’re done with classes until after spring break right?”

“Yeah, why?”

“Well because we have to go on another road trip and I was wondering if you wanted to come with.”

“Ugh sure I guess why not. Where would we go?”

“Well that’s the other thing we are going to Winnipeg, Buffalo, and Boston. And when we are in Winnipeg I was kind of hoping that you would come with and meet my parents.”

“So I need a passport?”

“Way to avoid the question.” Jonathan said laughing

“Yes I would love to meet your parents. And you still didn’t answer me on the passport thing.”

Jonathan laughed “Yes you need a passport. And are you sure because I don’t want to pressure you.”

“Its fine I mean I usely have already met the parents by this point in time so I mean why not.”

“Okay good well we have a game tomorrow at the UC, then have a day off, and then we are leaving.”

“Okay sounds good now I can actually watch my boyfriend play hockey.”

“What, oh yeah that right you haven’t been to any of my games as my girlfriend.”

“Yeah this should be interesting.”

After that we went decided to go to bed but we didn’t get much sleeping done, which probably wasn’t good considering he had a game the next day. He got up before me again because he had morning skate so I just got dressed and stated at his apartment until he got back. (A lot of my things were at his apartment because I spend most of my nights at his house anyway.) I was sitting on the couch watching TV when Jonathan and Patrick walked in.

“Hey guys”

“Hey babe.” Jonathan said coming over to kiss me.

“PDA gross.” Patrick said

“Whatever. I was gonna stay but I better go so you guys can get ready for the game. I will see you later.”I said getting my stuff and walking out the door.

“Way to go Patrick” I hear Jonathan say as I shut the door

I got back to my place and Aira was already getting ready for the game. She looked really happy, like more than normal happy.

“Hey happy pants what’s up your butt?”

“Don’t be a party pooper. Patrick asked me if I wanted to go and meet his parents.”

“Really that weird so did Jonathan.”

“Yeah that weird so does that mean that you are going on the road trip too?”

“Yup that will be awesome at least I will have someone to talk to.”

We went to the game that night and they ended up losing which was not going to sit right with Jonathan. He was never happy when they lost but he wasn’t too bad. After the game the guys told us to wait for them. We weren’t sure were to go so we just stayed in our seats and talked about the road trip. After a while the guys came out and sat done next to us. We all talked for a while and then left so we could get packed and ready for the trip.
