Aira's pov

After Jonathan and Patrick left to go work out and meet up with some friends, Alyshia and i whent to the doctors office. It was pretty early in the morning so we were the only ones sitting in the waiting room. The room was bright yellow with plastic white chairs scattered around the room, it had a drinking fountan next to the window that you talk to the nurses through.

"Alyshia, my vagina hurts." I said randomly.

"Oh well thats nice.. Why?"

"I think we had too much sex during the last week.."

"ohh i see"

"So wanna know something interesting?"

"sure.."

"Having sex at Niagra Falls is the best thing ever.."

"Aira how would you know that?"

"I bribed the secerity guard to let us go on one of the decks.. Its nice because its like exotic and depending on with deck you go on there could be alittle sprinkle of water too." I tell her with certantly.

"Aira Kane" The nurse called me back before Alyshia could reply.

After the Nurse took my blood pressure and all that stuff she started the ultrasound. He moved the handle around my belly looking intently at the screen for a few minutes before i finally had to say something.

"Um is every thing okay?"

"I'm not sure.. Ill be right back im going to go get a doctor." She said before walking out the door. After a few minutes a doctor walks in and picks up were the nurse left off.

"Well congradulations it looks like you have twins." He said turning too look at me with a smile. I was absolutly speechless but leave it to Alyshia to say something for me.

"You've got to be kidding me! I already set everything up for one baby now i have to do another one!"

"Wait what?"
