I slowly opened my eyes, to see I was no longer in a forest, but in a house. I rubbed my eyes as I sat up. I sat there for a few seconds, wondering what happened when I passed out. Then the door opened, and there in the doorway, was a man dressed in a cops uniform. He sat down next to me, and met my eye level.

"I'm Rick, what's your name?" He asked. I thought it would be a good idea to tell him who I was, and what I used to do, thinking he might not trust me. "I'm special agent, Zoe Prindergast, of the FBI" I answered, pulling out my badge. Rick took it from my hand, and looked at it intently. He looked back up at me, and handed me my badge. "Ok, your lucky, you had your friends, with you. Our hunter Daryl heard their cries, and came as soon as he could, and brought all of you back hear. Its safe here." He said, with a grin on his face.

"But I couldn't help but think, you were running away from something. What was it?" He asked, leaning forward. "Me, Rin, and Luka, were tired of how another man, named Bard treated us. So we all ran as fast as we could, away from camp." I answered, softly. Rick nodded his head, then another man, walked in. His eyes were a crisp light blue, and he had shiny brown hair.

"She finally wake up? Her friends are waitin out ere worryin." He said. He had a deep but soft voice. I was taken aback by Rick, "Zoe this is Daryl, Daryl this is Zoe." Rick said, looking over at him. "Wait your Daryl? Thank you so much for, bringing us back here." I said softly, smiling. "Welcome, sweetheart." He responded, showing me, a shy smile. He walked out of the room, and Rin, and Luka, came running in. Rin sat on the edge of my bed, and Luka, sat in the chair next to Rick. "Are you all alone." He asked us. I nodded, and looked at Rin, and Luka. "You can stay with us, there is an extra tent, in the RV parked right next to our camp." He said, holding his hand out to me. I took his hand, and shook it firmly. "I brought my tent, with me, if you want Zoe, you can have that spare tent." Luka suggested, looking at me. I nodded, and got out of bed. "That would be great Luka, thank you." I responded, hugging him.

I quickly put my boots on, and followed Rin, and Luka outside, to the RV. They set up my tent for me, even though I wanted to help. I put my things in my tent, along with a cot and sleeping bag, that a women named Koral, gave me, after my tent was set up. I set up my cot, and layed my sleeping bag on top. I plopped down on my cot, and looked up, aimlessly. I thought about Bard, and if he was looking for us. I stepped out of my tent, and saw a tent, far from the rest of the group.

I got closer, to see Daryl, sitting there poking at the fire. I sat on the log next to his. "What do you look like? You haven't taken, your hoody off." He asked, still poking at the fire. I always wore a hoody, while I was around people. Only Rin, Luka, and Bard, know how I look, but around the time they saw how I looked, that's when Bard started treating us terribly. I didn't want to show what I looked like, until I knew I could trust them. "I get it, don't show the person who saved your life what you look like." He whispered, angrily. I looked over at him. "Would you like to see?" I asked, shyly. He looked over at me, and grinned, then nodded. He turned his head back to the tiny fire, as I lowered my hood. He turned to look at me, when his eyes grew wide. I looked him in his eyes, and said,

"There now you know how I look." I said giving him attitude. He chuckled, and turned his attention back, to the tiny fire.
I sat there for a few minutes, but he said nothing. I finally got tired of the silence, and went back to my tent. I fell onto, my cot, and fell asleep instantly.
