Me, and Luka sat on the porch playing chess while Glenn, and Maggie, sat on the steps talking. Andrea came over and asked, "Have you seen Rick anywhere?" "Yeah what the hell." Daryl said, walking towards everyone, with Karol behind him. My stomach started doing backflips, I felt terrible about what happened. "Ah he we go." Daryl said, walking towards Shane, who had a bag of guns. "You in?" Shane asked, holding out a gun towards Daryl. He took the gun, and filled it with bullets. Shane then handed Glenn a gun, and then Carl. I heard walkers, and turned to see, Rick, and Hershal, holding onto walkers.

"What the hell?!" I cried, pointing to Rick. We all ran towards them. "Hey Hershal if they were alive would they be able to take this?!" Shane shouted, shooting at the walker Hershal was holding. Hershal was mortified, the bullets hit its heart, and Lungs. Then Shane ended it and shot it in the head. Afterwards he ran to the barn, and broke the lock. All the walkers started flooding out of the barn. I stood back, making sure that Carl didn't get to close. There was raging gunfire, as walkers dropped to the ground, one by one.

The gunfire stopped after a minute. I could smell gunpowder in the air. They didn't lower their guns however, they could hear two more walkers. Then I could see a young girl slide out from the barn. Everyone was silent, I could see Karol running towards her yelling, "Sofia!" Daryl stopped her, and held onto her. I felt anger, rise in my gut, but then I realized that if he hadn't of stopped her she'd end up getting eaten. Rick went closer to her and shot her, square in the middle of the head.

The last walker came out, and I fell to my knees. The last walker was Max. "Max!!" I cried, running towards him. I stopped next to Rick, he had his gun raised ready to shoot him. I lowered his arm, and pulled out my gun. I aimed at his head, as tears spilled from my eyes. With one last tear I pulled the trigger, and Max's lifeless body fell to the ground. I fell to my knees again, and started crying harder. I couldn't believe my brother was dead. He was all I had growing up, and he was important to me.
I crawled to Max's dead body, and held his lifeless hand, and cried till everyone left. I could see Daryl walking towards me. He pulled me into a hug. I cried into his strong chest, right next to Max. We sat there all day by his corpse, hoping he went somewhere better than this world.
