Planning on getting Jake back

"Who votes that Julianna should be leader of this mission?" All the howls prove a favor in my leadership skills. I guess that means that I'm the "replacement-alpha".

"So where to now, boss?" I turn to a young wolf. He's got a point. Where do we look.

"Any ideas?" I look at the group. No one says a thing. Suddenly I see Serena look anxious to say something. "Hey, Serena. You want to say something?"

"If you really want to know, Kid, I was thinking that we could, maybe... well," she stammers. I nod at her to go on. "Maybe we can set a trap."

"Brilliant idea, Serena. I will announce you co-captain of our mission. Now tell us, how do we plan to set this trap? Fresh flesh? Would that work?"

"Yes. Something like that. Some of the vampric shapeshifters should be tempted by the smell. We will hold them as hostage untill they return. If we get really lucky, we can trap Maria." I grin.

"All right. Umm... you ten in front of me, go and find some fresh meat. The rest of us, split up into pairs to find a place to trap these beasts. Serena, you're with me." We start our mission. I need to get Jake back. Not only for me, now, but for the pack.
