People Get Hurt And It's Kinda My Fault But Not Really

"C'mon guys, we're going to be late!" I say trying to get them to hurry up, " I'm running almost at full speed Mia!" Dan says who is only just behind me with Cato not far behind. I start sprinting at full speed and start to slow down as the cafeteria pavilion comes into sight and Dan is still running at full velocity, I quickly put my arm out and grab onto Dan's arm and he accidentally pulls me with him and I fall over and land on top of his stomach I quickly look up and my face is right over his "Are you okay?" he asks concerned, I look into his dark brown eyes, "I feel as though I should be asking that considering I'm on top of you!" I reply "Are you okay?" he insists "Are you two going to kiss or what?" Cato says from not far away, I blush and quickly roll off of Daniel, I look over to see that he is blushing as well. "Cato!" I scold "What? It was a serious question!" He replies "Why don't you go kiss your girlfriend" Dan teases "Amelia is not my girlfriend!" Cato says slightly agitated "You sure?" I ask "Yes!" "Absolutely?" Daniel asks-Amelia and Sarah Flint are both Demigods and half- sisters. Amelia is a daughter of Dionysus, God of wine and madness and Sarah is a daughter of Apollo, both are good friends of mine as well as Cato, Daniel and Romulus Night, son of Phobos the god of fear and panic whom I travelled with to 'The Miscellaneous' after a treacherous journey 8 years ago but I've known Romulus for 9 years now. Cato has had a crush on Amelia for about 4 years now, but I know that Amelia likes him back. Lost in thought I'm snapped back to reality as I hear Daniel struggling to get up as he's holding back a yell, I quickly get up and rush over to where he's lying and take a look at his arm "Sprained wrist" I come to a conclusion after about a minute "C'mon, to the infirmary with you, Cato you go to lunch and do me a favour, kiss Amelia on the way" he sticks his tongue out at me "Never" he whispers as he walks into the pavilion. "Hi Cato!" I hear Amelia's voice from inside the pavilion. "Alright you, let's get going" I help him stand up and wrap one arm around his waist and the other is holding onto his non-injured arm that is around my shoulder and we make our way to the infirmary.

"Mia?" "Yes, Daniel?" We are sitting in the infirmary now,"Why were you blushing
before?" Daniel is laying in a bed with his arm in a sling and his wrist in a bandage, "Why were you blushing before?"I am sitting in a chair next to him, "I asked first!" "Be a gentleman and answer the question!" and he is eating Ambrosia (the food of the gods), drinking Nectar (the drink of the gods) and eating ice cream in front of me "I believe I was taught to be a warrior not a gentleman but ladies first" "Ugh" "Because I like you" I whisper whilst blushing "I'm sorry, what? I didn't hear you" "You should have been listening closely, your turn to answer" "Can I whisper it to you?" "Yeah Sure" "Come here then!" I lean in until I'm about 10 cm away from his face he then pushes my face lightly with his hand until I'm facing him "What are you doing?" I ask "This" he replies tilting his head slightly and lightly pressing his lips against mine "Mia, I'm going to be the cheesiest and clichéd person ever but I really like you and
have for a long time, will you be my girlfriend?"Daniel asks quietly "Yes" I reply in a
whisper and kiss him back.
