After breakfast in the cafeteria pavilion I begin to make my way back to the accommodation building to pack for the quest tomorrow ( we DO NOT go ANYWHERE on Sundays) "Hey Mia, how's it going?" Sarah asks, her recurve bow with magical properties (it instantly loads an arrow when drawn) resting around her shoulder just reaching her waist, her dark blonde hair (almost exactly the same colour as mine) tied back in a ponytail, her bright blue eyes sparkling with excitement. "Good thanks, yourself ?" I reply/ask "I'm great! Just making my way down to archery practise" "Why do you still practise?" I inquire "That's the same as asking why you still read, because I enjoy it!" She replies in her ever so bubbly and positive tone. It's hard to believe I've seen her blast some animatronic practise models to smithereens with her explosive arrows, plus for being 13 she sure is mature, although being Demigods- half mortal, half Greek/Roman god, we are forced to grow up a fair bit.

"I think that's everything" "You positive? I think we should check" Daniel replies
"Ambrosia?" he asks reading off of the list on his lap with his scribbled handwriting on it "Check" "Nectar?" "Got it" I say searching through my backpack, I hear the slightest sound of muffled movement from where Daniel is sitting in his chair I look up and he's not sitting in the chair "You're forgetting something" he mumbles from behind me I turn around to face him, now sitting with my legs crossed on the bed, I could see the risibility in his eyes "And what would that be?" I ask, he's smirking now "A kiss" he replies and I start laughing my head off, he starts laughing as well and hugs me, still laughing I manage to breathe "C'mon we've got to pack and plus it's Cato's birthday today" "Oh yeah" Daniel says looking slightly enlightened "You forgot, didn't you?" "Slightly?" "It's not possible to 'Slightly' forget someone's birthday to my knowledge" "Maybe you've forgotten then" the lopsided grin we share appears on his face in an instant, I smile slightly "What did you get him?" he asks after looking at me innocently for around 2 minutes, "A quest" I reply, he chuckles slightly and repeats the question again "I got him a collapsible trident" I answer slightly more serious this time "Really? Cool! I got him a new set of armour- collapsible, obviously and a force field armband" he replies "C'mon, we'd better finish so we can actually see Cato on his birthday"

"Guys, you shouldn't have done this, it's only my birthday it's not that big of a deal"
"It's your 16th birthday! Of course it's a big deal!" He got up from where he was sitting and hugged the two of us individually, like a big brother nothing more nothing less. We sat there talking for a few minutes until someone knocked on the door, Amelia, "It's Romulus, he's gone mad, like insane mad and he's gone with Hugo to free Atlas to unleash the Titans from Tartarus to destroy the gods" she blurted out and I just stared blankly into space as Amelia told me the person who brought me here, who kept me alive, who saved me, was going to blow the gods all the way down to Tartarus in pieces (trust me with the Titans, they are going in pieces) "C'mon, we've got to go tell Chiron" Cato says snapping me out of my own mind "He already knows" Amelia says back to him "We've got to go to the garden of the Hesperides, it won't take Romulus long to get there" I say "The garden of what?" "The garden of the Hesperides, the group of nymphs that defended the golden apple tree with the Drakon? Remember yet? Heracles had to get the golden apples as one of his labours" Cato says quickly trying to jog Dan's memory. "Oh that one, but isn't Romulus going to where Atlas holds the sky? " he replies enlightened, meanwhile I'm thinking of a way to get us there fast "Yes Dan, but the garden of the Hesperides is easier to locate and Atlas holds the sky near the garden" "The hover boards" I say out of nowhere but both catch onto the idea quickly "Nope, nope I am NOT flying EVER!" Daniel disregards the idea immediately yelling at nobody in particular.
