Hey I'm so sorry I haven't been here to update but lately I have been losing my sense.. so I needed a break. And I was sick also. And seriously had a writer's block situation. And I'm sorry if it took a long time but hey here I'm again.. so enjoy.

Chapter 46: somethings never changed

Nandini's pov:

There was one time when I almost got fallen from the tree in Mangalore and that was horrible feeling. But that fear was nothing compared to what I was feeling now.

I can see that all my happiness got shuddered with her words..

"Oh don't challenge me Manik.... Did you say who is this girl to you..? is she really your girlfriend..?" Melanie said evilly... but her words make me freeze. Her words work on me... I got numbed and feeling so low...

Because she came to the point directly which is so delicate for me... I don't know what to do so I look at Manik.. but his face give me more pain...

I saw fear in his eyes.. that I never wish to see... it was like he is in more pain than me... I can tolerate my pain but his pain.. I can't tolerate that... in this moment I realize it.. no matter what he did to me... I can't see him like this. I saw he gesture his man to took Rishab from here that he doesn't listen any of this..

Then he turned to Melanie, "Didn't I clearly said that she is my girl..?" Manik dangerously spoke that I also got scared.. I saw his angry side but this one is beyond of them... I saw that Melanie change her position scarily like she is also getting sacred with Manik's tone.

"You never do a girlfriend thing.." She stammered.

"Melanie...." Manik warned her.. "I never did that doesn't mean I won't and most important thing.. I don't have to explain my fucking action to you. If you can't get it that what I'm doing then you are free to go but if you are here to create misunderstanding then." He took a long step towards Melanie, "then you are in wrong place.." he holds Melanie's arm so tightly and in the meantime two person came and Manik handed over Melanie to them.

I was numbed with manik's cold behave... but Melanie didn't stop

"What Manik.. afraid to tell your dark secret..? then I think I can spell it out..!" she smirked..

"What's going on...? Why she is here..?" Manik's grandma asked..

"Oh Mrs. Malhotra... I was just reveling the darkest secret of your grandson.."

My heart beat fast.... I look at Manik why he isn't do anything..?

"The girl you're thinking as Manik's girlfriend actually his submissive... a submissive just to warm his bed."

"Submissive..? What's that supposed to mean..?" Grandma asked and Manik's grandfather eyes got widened..

"Manik,," He whispered shockingly..

I lowered my head with ashamed... because I don't know what to feel or what to say.. because it was like my world just crushed again..... and I lost everything again... A tear escape from eyes...

"It's not like that Grandpa..." Manik was going to explain... but his grandpa stopped him

"We raised you better.. I thought you wouldn't turn out like your father.. but no.. you proved me wrong..." Grandpa growled angrily.. "See Devyani... what your grandson done...!"
