Hayden's P.O.V
I'm gonna be a daddy!!! I can't wait to tell my parents! I know my mom is going to scream. Right now, I'm trying to convince Rozelda to make my lovey mate not fight. No matter what I tell her, I'm going to be overprotective over her. I just can't risk her and the baby dying. I know she thinks that what she is doing is right, but she can still get hurt and I don't know what I would do if she did get hurt. I love that girl too much. Damn, I'm so whipped but I don't care.
"I'm sorry Hayden. There's nothing that I can do. She has already made up her mind so there's nothing you can do either. I'm sorry," she said and went to her room. We have a big day tomorrow, preparing for the fight. My pack will be showing up early in the morning to help with the plans and preparation. I just hope everyone is okay. I don't want anyone to die.
"Babe," I said as I walked into me and Blayz's room. I heard crying and instanty felt sad. I hope I didn't make her cry like that. "Baby, it's okay. Everything is going to be okay. I won't let anything happen to you or your family. Not even our baby."
"That's what I'm afraid of. I'm afraid that you will be trying to protect me so much that you will get killed and I can't deal with that. I love you, Hayden but you need to not be too protective of me on Thursday. He will see instantly that there is something in here and he will use that to his advantage," she told me. "I need everyone to leave him for me. I have a plan that will get him to let my family go."
"Babe, I just can't. please don't do this to me." I really need her to be safe.
"I have to. For my family," she said and I hugged her tightly. We laid back on the bed and I rubbed her belly. It wasn't swollen yet, so I know that no one will be able to tell that she is pregnant. With the potion stuff that Rozelda will give her, her scent will be the same. Just the fact that there is a baby in her makes me excited. I can't wait to be a father and I won't let anything happen to my babies no matter what. Here comes payback for causing my mates' family to be hurt.
