It was obvious that Winter didn't want anyone interfering. He froze my mother's feet to the ground, but he didn't know I had Agron. I decided to play with Winter a bit using Agron. I would trick Winter into thinking I was a witch, and take him out with the power of confusion.
Winter started the battle by launching black ice shards toward me. One hit my face and left a wicked scratch, I dodged the rest. His attacks weren't like my mother's. His were graceful and organized, here and there one shard would go out of place or he dropped one, but other than that he was pretty strong. I had to attack back with fire. I needed to build up magic before I used my dragons roar attack, so I needed to play with him a bit. I took my time planning my attack, but I finally decided on one. This attack I called golden blossom. It was 5 flames organized in a sakura pattern. It collided and burst into a sakura flame one it engulfed the victim. The flames where gold and to my surprise, black. The attack did some damage to the surrounding area, but seemed to have less of an effect on Winter. You could tell it did have some effect on Winter though, he had scorch marks on his face and arms, but before the flames hit him he put up a barricade of ash and the same black ice he attacked me with.
"Your good girl" he said in a calming voice "Lets put this fight on hold so we can both recover." And in a blur of glistening white snow and pure ice, Winter was gone. What just happened? I didn't get a chance to play with him. On the ground in front from of me, and where Winter disappeared, was a rose completely made of ice, and with a message underneath it. The message read: This is a rose that will never decay or melt. I hope you will accept it.
For, Spring's Daughter
~Winter.I was cautious before taking the rose. I engulfed my hand with golden flames before picking up the rose. It really wouldn't melt, my flames are the hottest things known to man, and this rose wouldn't melt when the flames danced around it. I was right, it was a trap. Black ice shard whipped and whirred in a sphere before exploding, sending ice shards everywhere. I immediately put a barrier of amber flames around my mother to protect her. It melted the ice shards and the ice keeping her in place.
A few minutes after my fight with Winter (and my mother scolding me for being so reckless), we headed back to camp. Mother was right, everything was frozen. The door to our cabin was completely frozen shut and none of us could open it (now, I could of just burned the ice off the door, but I'm stupid and decided 'Hey, it would be awesome if I did something to prove to mommy that I am strong enough to protect myself :D' but NooOOoO, I had to be sooo proud back then). I was going to try something called: The Reverse Seasonal Effect, which is something that takes power from your soul, such as love or hate, or power from your darkness, your demon your the evil of your soul. I went with option one. I wasn't about to make someone make me hate then, so I had to go with love. I summoned Agron and told him everything telepathically. My mother got the message and decided to go behind the house and play with her magic (she tried to grow flowers and some other girly shit I don't really know about).
Me and Agron prepared ourselves for the amount of energy we were about to consume, but we were happy we could help each other (and finally have our moment). He picked me up in a tight embrace and sweetly kissed me. This time I did not try to force fun away, or refuse the kiss. This time I WANTED to be kissed by Agron, and he was finally happy. Not because we knew the spell was working, but because we could be accepting of each other, and love each other without knowing that someone would harm our bond. We, were so wrong. Soon everything started to heat up just a bit, and the trees has leaves that burned to gold almost instantly, the grass was back in its usual dark green, and greenish- yellow color. Everything was perfect, or at least for the moment.
Once the spell took effect we stopped kissing and stopped using our magic, but we still help each other. We looked into each others eyes with hope and love, but we still wanted more. We wanted to be alone, and to be together. We had such a feeling of guilt and the want to protect that we almost ran away together, that is, until we realized someone was there watching us, with a big goofy grin on her face. For the moment of peace we had for that second, we closed our eyes and laughed. We were all pleased with this <3.
Well that's the end of this chapter. I love getting into the lovey dovey thing, it makes me feel like I won't be alone forever ;_;. Lol, anyway, some feed back would be great from you guys. It lets me know you guys still like the story, or dislike the story for that matter. Anyway, imma write chapter 12 now.

RandomNote: This story is nothing like the first one I'm working on. This has not as much gore but still talks about the pain of having cuts and scrapes, that's probably the worst part about it. This story is about a girl who found an unusual necklace he...
