This is the last chapter of Broken. Thank you to the people who took the time to read this book. I've fallen in love with the characters, and I do not plan on making it the end forever.
I'll tell you when the moment comes to play the song. (:

I'm wearing a t-shirt and some capri leggings for tonight. They seem to be casual, and that's what he told me to wear. I've changed my clothes over and over again in fear of them not being just right. It's hard to pick out something to wear when you don't know what you're dressing for.
It's 4:00pm now, and Tyler said he would pick me up at this time. He should be here any moment now, and I've been waiting for him while I'm just sitting on my bed. More nervous than ever.
I've been thinking about tonight since he left yesterday. I've been trying to figure out where he'll be taking me, and what we'll be doing. Part of me is excited about tonight, but the other part is very nervous. Nervous for what's to come and if I'll like it or not.
As if right on cue, my doorbell rings. I rush downstairs to get it. I open the door and Tyler stands there with his jeans and a t-shirt on. Casual. Good, I did dress ok.
"Will you tell me where we're going now?" I ask him as I head outside to his car. He follows close behind me after he shuts my front door.
"Not yet." he tells me as he opens the door for me to get in.
"Can you at least tell me how long the drive is?"
"Not long."
"You're being too vague." I tell him as he gets into the drivers seat beside me.
"Do you trust me Grace?" he asks with his eyes meeting mine. Of course I do. I trust this guy with my life.
"Yes."
"Then follow your nose."

The drive was short just like he said, and it was spent very quietly. Mostly because my thoughts were incredibly loud in my mind.
We are in the middle of no where. Although the ride was short, we are far from the suburban area we were in. It seems to be all forest area here. I see signs up saying things like, "trail 2 miles long". So not exactly all forest, but surely away from the town.
"Why are we here?" I ask him as we both get out of the car.
"Grace, I'm gonna need you to follow your nose for a little while longer, ok? I know a shortcut, so we'll be where we need to be in about 10 minutes."
"You're not making any sense."
"You'll love where we're going. I promise you."
"Fine." I tell him and he holds out his hand for me to hold. I grab it without hesitation.
We start walking down the trail, but he soon pulls me off of it to cut through the forest patch. We walk through trees and bushes until finally, there's a clearing. The most beautiful clearing I have ever seen in my life.
Right here is just a grassy area that lets you look out into the whole town. I can see my house from up here. Even the local mall. Where Tyler took me to get that red dress. The school is probably the biggest with the football field that's impossible to miss.
"It's beautiful." I say in aw of the sight in front of me.
"It really is." he says in a quiet voice. I look up at him only to discover he's already staring. Staring at me with those beautiful brown eyes and an adorable grin playing at his lips.
