"Ship... games?" Katelyn sputtered. "No! You can't... Let's play something else instead! Like shoving pastries down your throat so you can't suggest any games!"

"Fine, no ship games," Lucinda sighed. She smirked, adding, "We can just play Twister... Or at least you and Zane can. I mean, Twister isn't technically a ship game... Nicole and I have played it before. I won."

"Only because you cheated," Nicole grumbled, shooting Lucinda's staff a nasty glance.

"Let's not play Twister," Zane objected, scowling. "Don't you dare. That game is pure evil. I refuse to play Twister. I always end up in the worst positions. Always."

"Ship games or Twister!" Lucinda said, twirling her staff at Zane and Katelyn. "It's your choice, you two. Or truth or dare. But we ALL know what we'd do with that, especially if you two are playing... So, which will it be? It's not that hard a decision, is it?"

"I don't know what Twister is," Katelyn began carefully, narrowing her eyes at Lucinda. "So I-"

"Twister it is!" Lucinda interrupted, and she grabbed Katelyn's hand and led her to the living room of Aphmau's house. With her staff, she conjured a Twister mat... Except the colors were all mixed up... Which meant even more fun, and more complicated positions! YAY!

"Thanks a lot, Katelyn," yelled Zane as Aphmau pushed him into the living room, despite his avid protests. "Do you even know what Twister is? Have you never been embarrassed to death with this- this- torture device disguised as a game?"

"No..." Katelyn replied, staring at the mat, confused. "Why are there all these dots on this mat? And what is the spinner for?"

"Well, mm... I'll spin the spinner and whichever combination it lands on, like, red, right hand, you have to put your right hand on any red dot," Lucinda explained. "And-"

"You can't move any of your other limbs even if it gets super awkward! If you fall, you lose," Nicole interrupted, smirking happily at the two, who had turned paler than anyone believed was possible. "It's always funny when the person on top falls... Did I mention you and Zane get to play at the same time?"

"This is a ship game," realized Katelyn. "Just not called  ship game! BETRAYAL!!!"

"No, Katelyn," Lucinda said, smiling happily. "And you said, so come on. You can go first... And then Zane can go after you! Let's see! Blue left foot, go Katelyn, come on!"

Groaning, Katelyn obliged. Lucinda had kind of forgotten the rules (or the author didn't want to check), so she improvised. After Katelyn had all hands and feet on the mat, Lucinda had Zane start. Only seven spins into the game after Zane joined, everyone was laughing, Kawaii-chan was fangirling, and Zane and Katelyn were redder than the cherry on Kawaii-chan's cake.

"Please, why," Katelyn moaned, embarrassed. "This is... Lucinda, can we stop yet? I don't want to fall, because I'd lose, and if Zane falls-"

"Don't give them any ideas," Zane growled, attempting not to touch Katelyn, even though their hands were very close together on the mat and he kind of wanted to hold her hand - just maybe in a more private setting with no annoying shippers to ruin it.

"I'm not!" protested Katelyn, shifting her left foot carefully in accordance to Lucinda's instructions. "And it was their idea!"

"Yes," Nicole agreed. She stumbled and pushed down on Zane's back. "Whoops!"

"Gah!" Zane yelled. He was pushed down onto Katelyn by Nicole and they both collapsed to the ground. Their faces heated up - Zane was lying on top of Katelyn, and had barely managed to land on his hands.. He flashed back to that day on the driveway... when they'f been in a similar position.
