Can't forget the day,
That you walked into my life
It was just the kind of thing,
That was soo right on time
After all that love changes,
My heart had locked the door
Then that gurl released her magic
And made me love once more
Like the warm rays of the sun her sweet love
Keeps shining down on me,
Oh oh, only one turned
Why life around and wit one kiss she set me free
She's given me joy, joy, joy
That gurl she brings me joy
She's given me joy, joy, joy
She brings me joy

"So today, we're going to be reviewing the lack of nutrients and the effects it has on the body," Dr. Fiakofi announced. She's probably my favorite professor. She just moves so elegantly and gracefully. She sweeps across the room as if she's in a ball gown when she's only dressed in scrubs. She's also super helpful and I love that about her.

"Lack of which vitamin can cause depression?"

"D!" A few of us yelled out.

"That is correct, now can any of you tell me the scientific name of vitamin D, and hint it does not start with a D." We all chuckled. "And don't yell it out. Raise your hands. I'm mentoring professionals here people." I raised my hand. "Ms. King."

             "Ergocalciferol," I answered.

"That is correct and actually the one I thought you guys wouldn't say. But yes, ergocalciferol. Vitamin E, anyone?" Cherish raised her hand.

           "Ms. Nelson."

           "Alpha tocopherol."

"Correct. What does lack of vitamin E cause?" She asked. Class continued in a Q&A style. Afterwards, she asked me to stay behind.

"Thank you for staying Ms. King," she smiled.

           "No problem, Dr. Fiakofi."

"So how are you? How have you been doing?"

"I've been doing great. What about yourself?" I asked.

"Same. I wanted to talk to you about your mom. I was her Physiology instructor."

"Wow, I didn't know that," I told her. She nodded.

"Yes, yes. She was such a joy. I loved her in class. But it was brought to my attention that she has breast cancer," she explained. "I have a few goodies for her in my car and I want to personally deliver them, but I don't wanna just pop up at the house. I get off at three, so do you mind leading me there?"

"Of course not, I have to take my brothers home today anyways. But they get out of school around three, so I'll have to pick them and come back. Is that fine?" I asked.

"Of course, we can leave around 4, if that's fine by you." I nodded.

"Alright, see you then." I hugged her. She squeezed me and then I left. This is my Saturday class that I have monthly, but other than that my Saturdays are usually free. Besides my plans to go to the mall with Bethany and Teariny of course. I just have to go home and change really quick. Jah told me that he planned on trying to get to know his siblings today, so I'm proud of him for that. After the mall, I'll get the boys, come back, take them home, talk to my mama, then head over to Jah's and make him something to eat.
