I was like deep in a cool
What'nt gone be nobody's fool
Could not care less who was there
Could've been like anywhere
I was chillin' with my Kool-Aid
Did not want to par-ti-ci-pate
In no silly conversations
Had no time for new relation-ships
I must admit to you
When I heard the lines you threw
Although it usually turns me off
But this time you have turned me on
Lights off, Lights on
I guess the groove is on and I am
Diggin' the scene
Diggin' on you
Diggin' on me
Baby bay-oh-baby baby
It's on like that
It's on like that
I gotta be in love or some like that
Oh why do I feel the way I do
When all I can think about is you
What was it in a line
That made me fall for you
Do you know
Why I'm diggin' diggin' diggin' diggin' on you
Diggin' the scene
: Digging On You by TLCKyan P.O.V.
"I am hungry," Teariny complained. "Kyan go cook."
"No. My brother already fed me. I ain't hungry," I shrugged.
"GOD, why didn't you bless me with fine ass brothers that can cook?" Teariny asked. I shook my head at her because I'm pretty sure that's not how prayer works.
"I think I might move in with him since my parents won't let me move back in," I told her.
"Girl, I wish my daddy still paid my bills. You got it made. You can do whatever you want and don't have to pay for it. And you wanna move back in with your parents?" She laughed.
"But everything I do at my house, I can do at home. I might as well move back in with them," I replied.
"Kyan you are weird. Why go backwards?" She asked.
"I don't like being alone," I shrugged. She leaned over and hugged me.
"But what happened Kyan? You went from being Miss Independent to always wanting to be under somebody," she said. "And you still haven't told me and Bethany what happened that day." I abruptly sat up.
"I did tell you what happened that day," I shrugged.
"Kyan you left us for five minutes and came back with blood trickling down your legs. Y-"
"I got my period Teariny," I turned to her.
"Kyan you got your period two weeks before. I know we agreed not to tell anybody, but that was stupid. We should have told your mom for God's sake. She's a nurse," Teariny stressed. "Did someone hurt you that day?"
"Tear-" My doorbell rang. I immediately hopped up to go see who it was. I opened it and the devil himself darkened my doorway.
"I thought I told you, you weren't allowed to have company on my days," he growled.
"You need to leave," I whispered.
"Kyan!" Teariny called and I heard her footsteps. Khalil quickly turned on his charm.
"So did your mother call and tell you that I was coming to get her old massage chair?" He asked just as Teariny appeared. Teariny smiled. "Hi how are you?"
"I'm fine and you," Teariny replied holding out her hand. He kissed it.
"You're a pretty little lady. Kyan you mind introducing us?" He asked.
