• ~ Chapter 6 ~ •
*Piper's P.O.V*
As we were walking away from the four crying "bad-asses" of the school, we laughed at our brilliant plans.
Grace and I high-fived as we were walking back, down the hall to where our lockers were located with grins on our faces. This is why I loved Grace, she was a bitch but she knew how to fuck someone up that crossed her. By crossing me, you cross my girls and they don't take that lightly.
The girls and I walked down the hallway but we stopped when we heard someone calling after me.
"Piper fucking Reynolds you stop right there this instant!" I turned around to see a panting DJ.
"Yes?" I asked with a smile on my face, he stepped closer until there was barely any space between us.
"You just fucked with the wrong guy, Reynolds, and I will not sleep until I have you begging for mercy" He growled in my face and I was about to snap back when someone interrupted.
DJ fell to the floor spluttering blood out of his mouth.
"What the fuck!?" He roared.
"You threaten my girlfriend like that again and you'll be spluttering more than blood, freak" Brady said as he walked over to me and held my hand and my cheek.
"You okay, babe?" He asked softly and I nodded with a smile on my face.
"He doesn't phase me" I grinned up at him as he leaned down and captured my lips in his.
Grace 'ugh'd and spun around to walk to our classes, she always thought cheesy couples were cringe-worthy and I understood it but I just couldn't help myself around Brady. I really loved him.
"Walk me to class, baby?" I asked him sweetly and he responded by kissing my forehead and taking my hand in his as we followed the girls down the hallway with his friends trailing close behind.
*DJ's P.O.V*
I lay on the floor wiping my mouth with back of my hand only to grimace at the crimson blotches that now marked my skin. I glared at his back as his dim-witted clique followed him as if he was their god. Scoffing, I stood up from the ground and stalked up to Alec.
He turned around to see who was calling out for him and his eyes bulged out of his head.
"Bro, what the fuck happened to you?" He asked, concern lacing his tone.
A glare remained on his face "How long until you have this little prank ready for Barbie?" I seethed through gritted teeth.
A smirk formed on his face.
"How about we re-coop ourselves from that traumatic experience then get straight to it? Meet me in room 15" Alec stated as he turned and walked back into the locker rooms, along with the boys.
I turned on my heels and stormed in the direction he told me, waiting with my arms folded against my chest. I heard footsteps coming down the hall and looked to my left.
"So, what's this plan?" I called out only to realise it wasn't Alec, or any of the boys. My eyes turned to slits.
"What do you want, lapdog?" I growled out.
She retracted into herself as her gaze became nervous "I-I just wanted to know if you were okay, it was a pretty brutal hit..." Her soft voice whispered, my eyebrow lifted.
"And what makes you think that I would believe you were actually genuinely concerned about my well-being, Emily?" I asked as my gaze hardened on her posture and facial expressions.
"I don't expect you to b-believe me, DJ. But that doesn't mean I don't care and enjoyed watching you get hit" She stated with a small, concerned smile.
She nodded her head and turned around, walking to her class "Wait" I called as I un-folded my arms and walked closer to her, she faced me once again with a nervous expression.
"Thank you, I'm alright. I've had worse than being punched by a guy that thinks he's king shit" I explained with a light chuckle and she returned the laugh.
"I'm glad, I'm also late so I should head off to class" She said sweetly as she walked back down the hall and in the direction of her next lesson, leaving me with a small smile on my face.
Maybe she wasn't as bad as the rest of her bimbo twats...
Alec then walked around the corner that Emily had just disappeared behind and stalked over with a joker-like grin on his face, followed by the other two boys "You ready to get to pranking?" He asked, sheepishly.
My eyes filled with excitement.
"I've never been asked such a beautiful question, lets go" I said as I jokingly swooned and ran my hand down Alec's arm. With that, we all walked into Room 15 and started our plan.
Lets just say Alec wasn't exaggerating when he said this was going to be some, well, how do they say it?
Sweet, Sweet Revenge...
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Jace, Alec, Luke and I walked down the hallways in a line so people had to walk around us.
Is this what it felt like to be popular? Or is it just because we had no emotion in our eyes except mischief?
I looked between the 3 boys and small smirks grew on all four of our faces with our hands tucked behind our backs and shoulders hoisted up in pride and confidence. Our eyes stayed trained on the corridors in front of us, striding past the peers staring at us in confusion, lust and hatred. We were, I guess, drooled over by some girls but unlike most guys, those girls didn't phase me. I liked a challenge.
I kept thinking back to Emily and how she came to check up on me and I felt the slightest pang of guilt in my stomach when I pictured her reaction to our prank in my head. I sighed and came up with an improvisation that I prayed to God would work.
We turned the corner and our targets came into view. I kept my stare on Emily in hopes she would make eye-contact with me. When she finally did, her face dropped and I quickly nodded towards the bathroom, indicating for her to get out of the way of our plan. She raised an eyebrow then quickly caught on when she saw the look of determination in the other boys' eyes.
Emily turned back to her friends then left towards the bathroom, I sighed in relief as the guilt left my system. We started running towards the girls as we held the pies full of jam with whipped cream on top of them, all of us snickering as we got closer.
The girls must have heard our snickers because they turned around just as we got to them, which was perfect timing for Luke, Alec and I to slam the pies in Grace's, Stacey's and Piper's face.
Three bone-chilling, spine-tingling screeches filled the hallways. Everyone's attention was on the three girls covered in delicious pastries and toppings. Just as Piper wiped the cream from her face, Jace came out of nowhere and slammed the jam-filled pie in her face.
"You looked a little hungry, babe" Jace grinned as he took off towards us.
The school erupted in laughter as we all ran down the hall, away from the glaring girls.
"What the shit!?" I heard a sweet voice yell out, I turned my head and kept up jogging as she caught my eye.
I winked at her then turned back and continued legging it down the hallway so Barbie and her clan didn't claw us to death.
