Calum's P.O.V

"Did you get her?" Michael asked

" yeah I did I just don't understand why you can't just talk to that Luke guy?" I said

" I just can't ok! I have to make this right by starting of with her....I was involved with helping Ashton get away all because of my selfish ways of saving my sister." He said

" that's why he kept quiet about his past..." I said

" so what did your sister have involving him?"I asked

" he was in love with her but wanted to keep her away from him so he hit her a couple times, called her names and threatened her to show her that he didn't care about her. He was always so stubborn and small minded. All he could have done was told her he loved her but it was just to hard for him." He went on

" he threatened to kill her and I believed him because of his reckless ways and the only way I could get my sister to be safe was to help him with Ivy's parents murder. I should have went to the police and locked him up forever but I couldn't." He wiped a tear

" I just couldn't and I hate myself for being so weak and helpless I try to put on this facade of toughness and manliness but I know deep down I'm still that scared teenager." He sobbed

I felt awful that Ashton put him through all of this I always knew he was a little different but I didn't know it was that bad. Yeah he would have a little outbursts here and there. He never seemed to get angry with me only if I did stupid shit. He was like my only friend to me. No matter how fucked up our situation is.

" sorry I didn't mean to cry." He wiped his nose

"No I understand Ashton was unstable from the start he needed psychotic help it's not your fault that you wanted to protect your life and your sister. I knew the real Ashton was in there he was just suffering behind his twisted ways. I may never understand it and you might not either but he's finally not suffering anymore. It's none of our faults that certain things happened in our life involving him." I said

" At the end of the day we can all get this cleaned up and move on with our lives with no regret and no sorrow alright?" I patted his back

I felt Michael wrap his arms around my torso tightly and heard him lightly sniffle. I was taken back by surprise but smiled down at him hugging him back.

"Thank you Calum I needed to hear something good today." He chuckled

" your welcome." I said

" so the plan is that I'm gonna have to kidnap her ?" I asked

" yes because she's not gonna believe you." He said

" I mean she seems like a nice girl and I don't know if I feel comfortable doing that." I shook my head

"Oh great your in love with her too?" He rolled his eyes

" no and what does that have to do with liking her?" I said

" it just gets in the way of things!" He said

" what things?" I questioned

" none of your business just get her here ok ?" He mumbled

" there's something going on and you need to tell me!" I said

" nothing is going on I don't care how you get her here or if you like her ." He glared

" you want to apologize to her yet, you secretly are jealous of her yeah let's see how that will go." I chuckled

His green eyes intently stared into my brown ones. My small smile soon faded to a thin line as I watched him squint his eyes slightly then brought them back to there original rounded shape, ready to open his mouth to reply to my sly comment.

" I'm not jealous just get her here I don't care how ." He rolled his eyes

"Ok fine I will." I said

Ivy's P.O.V

I walked down to the park and looked around for him. I sat down on a blue bench and looked at the time.
"6:08"

He's late I thought to myself

" looks like you need some company." Someone said

I turned my head and I was surprised to see Luke sitting next to me.

" are you seriously spying on me ?" I asked

" no...maybe , well I was going somewhere and I saw you here." He said

" can you just go he's gonna be here any min no-" I started

I saw Calum walk up next to Luke and tap him in the shoulder.

" excuse me sir but do you know her?" He said

Luke wiped around and stared into his brown eyes.

" um yes I'm her friend Luke." He let out a hand and Calum returned it

" I didn't know we were all hanging out if I did I would have brought more food sorry Ivy for coming late I was stuck in line to get out food." He raised the bag up

" no it's fine Luke was just leaving." I pushed him to the side

" woah, you don't have to push me!" Luke said

" just please go!" I whined

" fine have fun with him!" Luke stormed off

" sorry about that he a little sensitive." I laughed

" he seems to like you." He smiled

" WHAT? LUKE ?No! " I said

" we're just close that's all and he just came at the wrong time." I said

" wrong time for what?" He questioned

" you know." I motioned my hands

" it's not coming to me." He laughed

" oh I get it now you think this is a date?" He said

I was a little hurt by what he said because he didn't fully tell me if it was or not so judging by him asking me I guess I assumed.

" I didn't know if it was or not." I said

Luke's POV

What is her problem thinking that she can just shove me out like that. You know I gave her a better life all she could of done was ask me to leave nicely now she wants to spend her weekend with HIM!

I hate this fucking feeling....it makes me so angry and I shouldn't be acting like this but I feel like i should be acting like this because I mean there's no doubt that I'm falling for her.

But, Why am I being such a hypocrite? I told her to go out and do stuff. Now I'm taking that away from her. I need to apologize for how I acted today. I probably ruined her chance of having a boyfriend..... I guess I'll apologize when she gets home.
