You've only dated Red for a solid month. You love the big goofball a lot. But one thing started to bother you.
You haven't had your first kiss yet.
(As a couple)
Yes you've kissed old boyfriends, but you forgot about them. It's just that your first kisses with them were so bad it wasn't even worth it to remember.
One time it was at a drunk party and neither you or your old boyfriend remember it. So that was pointless.
Another time (with another guy) your first kiss wasn't even a kiss. It was a dare and it didn't have that wanting feeling. There was no love in it, only a couple of friends in it to tell someone to kiss another.
Now in a relationship with Red, you believed a good first kiss would make a long lasting relationship. As you thought about that idea, you also thought you might've jinxed it.
"Hey, babe. What are you thinking about?" Red's voice came to you. He kissed your cheek snaking his arm around your waist.
That's what it was, only kisses on the cheek or forehead.
"Mm-nothing." You shrugged it off. Red put his other arm around you, now completely facing you.
"C'mon, what is it? You can tell me." Red urged, rubbing up and down your back. You broke eye contact taking a breath.
"You know we haven't had our first kiss yet?" You rhetorically asked slinging your arms over his neck.
"I know. I'm just waiting for the right time." Red smirked hugging your waist tighter. He reached and kissed your forehead.
"Yeah me too." You sighed resting your head on his chest.
Maybe one day it'll happen.
*the next day*
You and Red were on the couch watching TV. Red was on his back while you were on top of his chest. He had his arm protectively around you.
Red looked down at you while you watched TV. He played with your hair and tucked a piece behind your hair.
You turned a little, more facing upward to get more comfortable. That's when Red caught your eye. You softly smiled up at him. He cupped own side of your face to get a good look.
"I think this is the perfect time for a first kiss." Red whispered holding your chin. You nodded smiling. You closed your eyes.

Red leaned down very softly and carefully to not completely fall onto you. You felt his hand hold your chin, making your lips point up towards his.
Red leaned down some more and finally that moment happened.
His lips felt so soft against yours. They fit perfect as well, almost like a puzzle. Red moved a little, and you responded by gripping onto his shoulder. Red grabbed your cheek and deepened the kiss.
'Fuck' you thought. 'This is actually happening'
Red finally pulled away from you. You opened your eyes to find a cute ginger towering over you. After that kiss, you giggled bringing down Red to your chest for a hug.
"How was that, (Y/N)?" He asked hugging you.
"Amazing." You whispered.
You pulled away from the hug to only reach up and kiss Red again for the second time.
