Chapter 8: the hotdog eating contest

"Man this won't turn out well... I can sense it" Cupid said. "What do you mean?" Larry asked. "Dark Cupid is coming back with an army of shadows" Cupid said. "Aren't shadows uh shadows?" Carrie asked. "Not hers" Cupid said. Then the sky started turning black and green "what the??" Carrie said. The sky started raining arrows, everyone ran inside "NOBODY CAN HIDE FROM ME!!!!" Dark Cupid said in a echo kind of voice. "She's gained full power power she took love..." Cupid said. "Who's love?" Larry asked. "She stole Corey's love he doesn't care about nothing anymore" Cupid said. "But why??" Becca asked. "I don't know..." Cupid said. "Well we have to go too the fortress before it's too late" Carrie said. So then they all had to sneak out of peaceville back into the forest "how are we gonna get pass her?" Carrie whispered. "I'll distract her" Larry whispered. "You sure you're up too the challenge?" Carrie whispered. "I'll do it..." Larry said. "Good luck dude" Carrie whispered. "I'll need it" Larry whispered back. They both hugged and he ran off "c'mon let's go and fast" Kim whispered. Then Larry reached dark Cupid "hey dark Cupid?" Larry asked her. "What now wimp" dark Cupid asked. "First of all I'm not a wimp!! And second of all I have a challenge" Larry said. "What's you're challenge?" Dark Cupid asked. "A spicy hotdog eating contest" Larry said. "Eww how can you eat that" dark Cupid said. "I don't know they are just tasty anyways you up for the challenge or are you scared?" Larry asked. "Challenge accepted" dark Cupid said. She snapped her fingers and 2000 spicy hotdogs appeared "each player must eat 1000 and whoever doesn't make it looses" dark Cupid said. "If I win I get you're power" Larry said. "Well if I win I steal your heart okay?" Dark Cupid said. "Game on" Larry said. They started eating and Larry was digging in while dark Cupid was really failing, then dark Cupid cheated and turned all the rest of them into 1 and ate it "hey no fair you cheated!!" Larry said. "Too bad..." Dark Cupid said. Then she sucked the love out of Larry "I feel weak..." Larry said as he fell to the ground. "Ah another useless wimps love" dark Cupid said. "I.. Am.. Not.. A.. Wimp..." Larry said as he passed out.
