fuck what society thinks.

-

As my eyes open, my head starts to throb instantly, making me groan.

What happened last night?

Oh shit, I remember now. Jaxon and I being our usual depressed selfs, decided that the best way to deal with our sorrows, was to get drunk off our asses.

The aspirin is calling my name!

So, that's when I make a run for the aspirin.
Even though I really should have took one last night! But I was drunk, you can't really think straight when you are. This kind of shit happens all the time though. Hah! Only with Jaxon!

We are best friends, and don't get me wrong I'm close with the rest of our group but it's like, Jaxon just gets me in a way they don't. I've been through some pretty rough shit, but it's not my place, nor anyone else's, to say.

Wait, what time is it?

As soon as I remember school is sadly a thing, my thoughts come to a stop when I check the alarm clock on my bedside table. I spring out of bed once I realize I'm about as late as my mom when she was pregnant with Ryan and I. Running into my closest and slipping off my pajamas, I quickly pull on a hoodie, black skinny jeans, and a pair of converse. I don't really dress to impress, cause fuck what society thinks. I'm over trying to impress people, cause there will always be that one person that has a negative outlook on everything and decides to drag you down with them.

When did I become so wise? Was I out for that long?

I grab my backpack and run downstairs, skipping a few steps at a time. I mean I should at least put these long legs to work!

"So the beast finally decides to wake up." My twin brother, Ryan teases while sticking out his tongue at me. How are we the same age? Like I know he's a few minutes older, but I'm way more mature! Even Chloe, who's 7 years younger then us, is more mature then this ass wipe.

"Good morning to you too, brother." I roll my eyes. I kiss my little sister on the cheek before grabbing the bottle of aspirins out of the kitchen cabinet. I swallow one without water, since I'm in a rush, and grab my keys off the counter.

"Cmon asswipe, we need to go before we're late again." Notice how I put an emphasis on again. We're almost always late, but we usually make it on time. But only if my alarm clock decides to do its job.

"Ay don't put this on me! I almost took off without you! I can't believe mom let you get a car, but I still haven't even got my permit." He scoffs, walking out the front door with me right behind him.

"I wonder why..." I smirked causing him to glare.

"Oh cmon cheer up Ry! If mom gave you a car, I would definitely be signing her up for the mental institution." I joked, Ryan and a car do not go together. Like I said I'm way more mature then him, which is why he doesn't have his permit nor a car.

"Yeah yeah, just get in the damn car." He
ordered. Why is this delinquent ordering me to get in my own car?

"Excuse me?" He put a hand over his heart, as if i offended him. Did I really say that out loud? Ugh, I have to stop doing that!
