[Just Words/ All lies]
I'm black and white;
Colourless
Just a blank page of
Nothingness
For you've stolen my
beautiful colours and
shades
With your heartless
eraserAnd now my colours
are absent
My elegant greens
My cheery yellowsEverything
And now I'm lost within
my nothingnessFor you've erased everything
that I loved,
When you walked off with my
rainbowLeaving my blue sky grey
Leaving my red heart blueWhen you
Stole my soul
And its coloursAnd replaced them
with broken ones,
That the angel inside
of me can't adjoinFor they're Flaming Reds
Saddening Blues
and Lonely GreysThat are colouring the
insides of my colourless
bodyThat you, The painter, Erased
As you sent me off on my
blank journey,
To find myself
When I can't even visualize
itFor I'm as blank as a book
leaf because of you
For you've erased the pencil
marks that we scribedAs we made plans for a
matrimonial life,
That's now terminated
by your eraserFor you walked down
the aisleAway from me
When my family, friends
and well wishers were
watchingWith no thoughts in your
mind about how I must've
feltWhen you existed the aisle
With a blue tear falling from
my eye,
And the diamond ring that I
bought glistening on the floorBut you didn't even notice my
heart bleeding at allWith the blood of our love
As you walked away from our
vowsFor I thought that you were
going to immortalise yourself
at my side,But they were all lies.
